Total scam I returned my items for full refund parcel sat in Netherlands customs for two months now returned to me as refused parcel has not even been opened totally disgusting needs investigating
I have read a few negative reviews on this company but I have to say that Alma from support has replied to all my emails and refunded me for my returns.I have to say this company has been very supportive and answered all my questions and constantly kept in touch.Thank you.

Asked to send them back- did so with track and trace at a cost of £17- having sat in Netherlands for two months they have been returned saying refused. Should be prosecuted!
This company is a scam company. They advertise one product and they send you a completely different product. They charge you the exact same price. They should be shut down.
I cancelled my order within a hour only to be told two days later that it’s been shipped , on arrival I bought track and trace and Royal Mail to pick up package and sent them back with the right address they had given me I then had to pay €65 to get through customs in which Keto should of paid not me I just wanted my £164.90 refund back .
The parcel arrived and was tracked and signed to the address on the 30th June arriving @5.38 pm . I have emailed this company in the Netherlands who promote their Gummies with DRAGONS DEN every day and all I get is well they haven’t reached our warehouse yet nearly a week gone by and still have got NO REFUND what’s so ever .

Fraudulent advertising. Tried cancelling immediately, requests ignored. Product received within a week . Returned good 10/5/25 by tracked delivery. Refund still not received.
