This shop is legit. The purchasing process was smooth, I was kept informed throughout the process (i.e., ordered, confirmed, processed, shipped). Shipping was also incredibly quick, received it within the week. Cannot recommend this store enough for buying an adjustable kettlebell, really great.
do to problems with my order i was offered/promised a gift
but no gift when unboxing i looked carefully for the gift (was only factory-tape on box)
i write customer service the ask to look again but no where to look for it the i ask for a resend of gift or a refund for price of the gift that's up to them.
then i get a mail the the don't like my tonen and the will not resend the "gift" i try to reply to the mail but my reply get rejected do to marked as spam by there mail-server tried 3 times (it worked before) the i mail them from a other mail no problem not rejected... so customer service at it's best
