Do not buy from this company. I had a problem with something I purchased. I got it so i couldn’t go to the cc company. So, I sent like 2 or 23 email’s. No response. Can’t contact the company. So I go to the BBB. They ignored the complaint. It wasn’t until I got on their SM and told what happened to me. They “pretended” to care. Send me an email. I did twice. Oh please DM me. I did but you never responded. They will not help you with anything. You ordered it that’s it. To make things worse. I was buying an expensive big bottle of their product for years. Now they want to discontinue the big size and only offer a tiny size for more money that I will have to go through it like crazy because me, my mom, and my son are mixed and we used it. I can’t believe all the years I was with this company. And they “pretended” to care. But they don’t. So, do not purchase their overpriced products.

Kevin Murphy has not responded to my refund requests, but responded to my product review saying essentially, too bad on you that you can’t use it. Notably, my negative review was not posted in the KM website. Product scent makes me nauseous. I’ve read where others get migraines. I’ve been using other KM products for decades…first the packaging got worse, then the formulas changed, now the customer service is non-existent. Never Again is the name I give their products.

Stocked in nearly a few hundreds to a thousand dollars on all bottle collections - several bottles specifically the hairsprays are showing issues, known blocking knob.

The bottles are labeled 'luxurious hair products' however the quality has been a disaster so far!!

Several certified salons addressing same issues with these specific products.
