I had the wrong shipping address on my…

I had the wrong shipping address on my order and it was delivered to my old address. I spoke to Joanne in the chat on the website and she immediately fixed it by sending me a new order to my correct address and only charged me for the $8.00c in shipping.

This is amazing customer services and i am so happy i dont have to pay another $30-40 plus shipping for a new item, even though the error was my fault.

Awesone experience with Customer Care staff.

As i was wondering and frustated where and when is my order going to be delivered, i immediately contact the Cuatomer Care. Within less than 5mins. Mr Alex reply swiftly and respond to my queries with patience calm and in respect manner. He advised me accordingly what to do. Another 5mins, i manage to received my order via Singapore post which was put in my letter box. I really appreciate with Mr Alex for giving me the details where to get hold of my order. Good job Mr Alex, keep up the effecient and fantastic work that you have done for customer like me. Thank you so much. You did great.

The zips have failed on two tops I purchased in november
Care dept offered 50% off a replacement and there is a 67% sale on site wide
A 30 day warranty for a premium product stinks of how poor the product is made. Shame because with a better zip it would be a much better product

I made an order which happened to be the wrong size. I contacted customer service and had the pleasure of working with Chester. His customer service was off the charts. We figured out what size was best suited for me and got me a replacement without issue. The shirts I did order were great in quality, just the wrong size. I will be making more purchases from this company for sure!
