This site is a scam; just choose more expensive boxes, like the Joker mode ones, which seem impossible to get a bad item in, since the probability of getting a bad item drops to less than 15% in some boxes, and you won't receive anything in return besides the bad item. The random numbers and rolls over the last four months have been totally strange. From what I saw on their receipt, all I had to do was put a box in Joker mode or choose a slightly more expensive box, and the rolls would decrease drastically, resulting in absurdly low random numbers.

2 Days in a row, i deposited some money. Once 25 euros once 50. Both times having to wait more than a day before it landed in my wallet, been passed around in the support tickets from "specialist" to "specialist" and to another so called "specialist" not even trying to help or even compensating. Its a disgrace.
-----------UPDATE-------------
In the beginning when i created a ticket, they told me to wait 24-48 hours. Even 2 days later, they keep sending the same generic message that they forwarded it to their specialist team and it should take 24-48 hours. Same message after message

Bad site. Locked withdraws. Fixed case battles. And now you cant even trust "trustpilot" as all the negative reviews have been overshadowed by fake reviews. This site has a long history of being untrustworthy. Stick to sites like Skin.club or Datdrop.

This website is pure evil, every time i get to a skin worth $100+, when i try to withdraw they say that they currently don't have that skin even tho i won it on upgrader. It literally forces you to upgrade to a better skin and keep going until you lose. Oh i forgot to mention that they have a skin exchange but most of the skins there are so trash, and so many skins are not there.

I can't withdraw my skins, and support didn't help me at all.

I am writing this to warn everyone about the deceptive support practices of Key-Drop. After making 68 deposits (over €400), I opened a formal complaint.
They initially ignored me, but once I posted a review here, they suddenly reopened my ticket and promised a 'Senior Management' review. Believing they were acting in good faith, I removed my review.
BIG MISTAKE. Exactly 15 minutes after they claimed to 'escalate' the case to management (at 09:13 PM), they sent another automated 'final rejection' (at 09:28 PM). It is impossible to conduct a 'comprehensive senior review' in 15 minutes on a Friday night. They only promised to help so I would delete my review.
This company (SECURITEAM LTD, Cyprus) uses bots to lie to customers and bypass EU Responsible Gaming standards. My review is back and it's staying here until a REAL human addresses the 68-deposit failure. I am also filing a formal report with MOKAS and the Cyprus Consumer Protection Service.

I made a crypto deposit on March 27th that was never credited to my account. It has now been 10+ days.
The payment processor (ZEN) officially confirmed in writing that the transaction was completed and funds were transferred to Key-Drop. Despite this, Key-Drop support keeps telling me the payment was not received and redirects me back to ZEN.
I have provided all transaction IDs from both the blockchain and ZEN's system. Every time I contact support, I get the same copy-paste response with no real investigation.
This is not a technical issue — it's a customer service failure. When a payment provider confirms funds were sent to you, the correct response is to investigate internally, not to send the customer in circles for nearly two weeks.
I hope this gets resolved. I will update this review accordingly.
================
UPDATE April 8: Key-Drop publicly responded to this review stating "the payment has been successfully processed and credited to your account this morning" (April 7). I checked my account immediately after their response, and again today — the balance is still zero. The funds have NOT been credited.
This means the company posted a false public statement claiming the issue was resolved when it was not.
Additionally, no one from Key-Drop has contacted me directly — not by email, not by chat, not by any other channel — to actually resolve this issue. The only communication I received was this public Trustpilot response, which turned out to be false.
I will update this review if and when the deposit actually appears.

| lost an AK-47 | Vulcan (Well-Worn) and other skins due to a technical error in Key-Drop's trading system. Even though I provided clear Steam trade history screenshots proving the items were "REVERSED" and returned to the sender, the support team (Michael) keeps making excuses about "API Scams" and
"Rollbacks." They refuse to refund my balance or return my skins. This site is a trap for expensive items. They claim to be the No.1
CS site but offer ZERO protection for their users. Avoid at all costs! UPDATE: Key-Drop's response is misleading. My Steam trade history (which I have shared with their support) proves that the StatTrak™ AK-47 | Redline was NEVER returned to my inventory. It shows the status 'Returned to previous owner,' and since the trade failed, the item is stuck with the Key-Drop bot. I have received NOTHING back—no deposit refund and no won item. Michael from support claimed an 'audit' was being done, but this generic reply on Trustpilot ignores the actual evidence. I am still waiting for the manual check of the Trade IDs to prove the items are in your system, not mine."
