Took my 15 euros without depositing it to my balance awful support i dont recommend

Hello,

I attempted to deposit 25 USD using cryptocurrency.

I selected USDT (TRC-20), after which a QR code was displayed. I sent the corresponding amount to the wallet address provided in the QR code.

After waiting for more than 24 hours and communicating with a chatbot, I was informed that I used an incorrect wallet address, despite the fact that the QR code provided that address.

They refuse to take responsibility for an error in their payment system, even after i've sent proofs.

I absolutely do not recommend them. Scam.

I’ve got a skin from trade up, and i have been trying to withdraw it to my account but it keeps saying item not in inventory, why would there be an item for upgrade if it’s not in inventory, i’ve tried getting help from the chat support but they can’t do anything they just tell me it’s no in inventory and want me to either trade for different things or basically waiting for me to use it go upgrade or sell it to open more cases , which i don’t want to do, i just want to redeem my skin….

The site automatically selled my reds, i had alot of reds locked because of the “frozen system” they put. They were in my inventory but for some reason they sold it and removed my items. Insane scam

"I am extremely disappointed with Keydrop. I lost a ★ Nomad Knife | Marble Fade (Factory New) due to a major system lag on the Upgrader page. The site processed an upgrade without my final confirmation click.
I provided screenshot evidence showing a massive time discrepancy between my local time and the server log, but the support team dismissed it as a simple 'timezone difference.' They refuse to acknowledge that a browser-side lag can trigger a manual-style confirmation.
As a loyal user, it is frustrating to be treated this way when a high-value item is involved. Their 'technical review' feels like a generic template to avoid responsibility. I have already requested a manager review, but I am being ignored.
Users should be careful—if the site lags and you lose your item, they will not help you. I am currently escalating this to the licensing body (Curacao eGaming) and sharing this experience across Reddit and social media until a fair resolution is reached. Update: They sent another generic response ignoring the 6-hour lag proof. Total lack of accountability."

Don´t get into this web site, it´s a scam, they never have the skin that you won, always the same, and most likely it´s not fair with users, so i hardly recomend that if you want to have fun with opening cases go to skinclub or some other site, if you can help me and write a bad review so we can shut them down. Does not represent the conter strike comunity

The experience is good, but the fact that even when you do upgrades, they give you skins that they dont even have, makes the experience very bad.

You will be forced to risk your skins for a new upgrade that they may also not have, or swap the skin for something overpirzed, hence, sacrifice money that you won to secure at least something.

I don't know if it's my luck or something else, but I spent 300 dollars and won nothing, but that's not the funniest thing I made about 20 50\50 upgrades, and ALL of them were losses. ALL
And it looks like a scam.
Just don't waste your money on gambling and those shitty open cases sites.
You'll lose everything, and they won't let you win.

Update 11.01.2026: This is a pure scam with fake 4.5 stars. I'm 100% sure you'll lose everything by gambling on key-drop. How can I open ten 50\50 cases in a row and get 0.05$ skin every time? Also, there is no transaction history. And they have this scam shit opening where you can't predict by speed of rolling what you'll get because it's always different. DON'T OPEN CASES ON THIS SITE!!! The site is a full scam even when it comes to gambling. you hit stuff you can never get into your game as it is never in stock also they pump prices from there site make you feel the skin is worth more then it is, and don't get me started on the exchange feature where u can exchange to the strangest shit no-one wants. i was waiting for days to redeem my stuff just too never be able to if u ask the AI help answers you like u need that idiot in chat n actually no-one cares. i would recommend other sites over this any day of the week, fairness is written differently!

I deposited $70 and only lost money. I sold what I earned, about $20, and lost even more. I participated in 2002 giveaways and only won 1, a $2 skin. The giveaway is rigged.they choose who will win the giveaways

I was banned from the website for "cheating" after not using it for a while.

I appreciate the responses I received from support, but none of them addressed the real issue. Instead, I was given repeated generic messages such as:

"We apologize for the inconvenience and delay."

"The availability of skins depends on the market."

"You simply need to wait for restocking."

"The system confirms availability automatically."

And on TrustPilot, the explanation provided was:

"The price-freeze system was introduced for the maximum benefit of users, protecting the value of your winnings and guaranteeing stability regardless of market fluctuations."

This statement is misleading and does not reflect what actually happens.

The real behavior of the system contradicts the explanation you gave

The so-called “price-freeze” system does not protect users in any meaningful way. Instead:

If the price of the skin increases, the user cannot withdraw it anymore.

If the price decreases, the user does not receive the protected value in any real form.

The “frozen value” is only valid inside the site, not in the real Steam market.

This means the user is effectively stuck with the item until the price magically returns to the exact market value that existed at the time the case was opened — something that often never happens.

This is not protection.
This is a withdrawal restriction mechanism disguised as user-benefit marketing.

Even worse: the inventory you claim is "shared for all users" is not shared

You repeatedly told me:

“The inventory is the same for all users.”

“Availability is determined system-wide.”

This is simply not true.

My friend and I compared our inventories:

Every skin that I own appears as available for him but not available for me.

And the same happens in reverse — skins he owns appear available for me but not for him.

This proves that the availability is dynamic and user-specific, not global.
This is not a “shared inventory.”
This is a per-user withdrawal filter, likely tied to the frozen price system.

But every time I asked for a technical explanation, the support repeated:

“We cannot override the system status.”

“Please wait for restocking.”

“Thank you for your understanding.”

None of these answers addressed the underlying contradiction.

The price-freeze system is designed to protect the site, not the users.

It prevents payouts when the market goes up.

It does nothing to compensate users when the market goes down.

It traps users into either using the Skin Changer or opening more cases.

It creates the illusion of “unavailable skins” when in reality you simply block withdrawals for items that would cost more to buy back on Steam.

This system does not preserve the user’s value — it locks the user in your ecosystem.

If you want to claim that your system protects users, then provide:

a transparent technical explanation,

real parity between user inventories,

and a clear policy that allows withdrawal even if prices change.

Until then, the explanation given on TrustPilot is incomplete and misleading.

Nowadays it's a complete scam; you have very low chances of winning anything, and when you do win, there are no items to withdraw and you end up refreshing the site every day and receiving an "error not available" message.
Possibly the worst betting site currently available.
