DON'T USE KEYDROP They have the highest house edge use any other site but this one

I’ve been trying to withdraw a skin I won on Key-Drop for over a week now, and it’s been nothing but disappointment. Every time I try, the skin is simply not available. Their “exchange” feature doesn’t help either, there are never any equivalent items to swap for. It feels like they’re making it impossible to actually get the items you win. Very frustrating experience, and I definitely don’t recommend this site if you expect to actually receive your skins.

Never have the skins you win in store so you have to exchange to something else, prices are 30-50% inflated compared to real prices, giving you an idea that you're winning sometimes, something, but in reality, just go and buy on csfloat, you'll be better off.

Hello, I will talk about a problem maybe almost everyone facing. When i won a 60 dollars skin i couldnt withdraw it cuz lack of skin in skinchanger. The skin i wanted was in my inventory but the site has no skin in their inventory, and i waited like 48 hours for it and it never showed up. There is no site like this in cs gambling if u have a skin in inventory you could have it. im not even waiting for solving. I just let you guys know about be careful when u win.

I deposited 2,2k with an affiliate Code and I was supposed to participate in the current giveaways from this user (Forg1). Neither I participated in any of his giveaways or the Official Website Giveaways (Wild Lotus AK-47, AWP Desert Hydra, etc).
The Customer Support refused to give me a solution since ALL THEY DO is COPY-PASTE templates and not even reading your complain.

In summary: Key-Drop DENIED every single entry for any giveaway available to me, they didn't give me a reason, just a bot copy-pasting.

I'd say that before KeyDrop was an amazing service - it had its ups and its downs, but overall you had quite a fair chance to win something.

Nowadays, the website doesn't really give you any good odds and no matter what you do you will get your money easily lost. Do not invest into this. You're better off fueling your steam account with 5$ and you'd get more than from KeyDrop nowadays.

I would rate this less than 1 star if I could. I made a deposit 4 days ago that I still have not received but has been received on their end. I reached out to support the day I sent it and since then I have been lied to by their support atleast 6 times. They will tell me one timeframe to expect my money and then that timeline blows by with no answer. I reach out and I am given a new timeline that blows right by once again. It has now been several days of me waiting to just receive my money. I would avoid this site like the plague. Not only will support blatantly lie to your face, they will threaten to ban you if you get upset while they lie to your face over and over. Scammed me of my money and just push back my issue indefinitely, I will NEVER use this site again.

I Tested It Scientifically – The Provably Fair System DOESN’T WORK!

After spending time, money, and technical effort analyzing Key-Drop, I’ve come to a disturbing conclusion: their so-called Provably Fair system is not transparent, not truly verifiable, and definitely not fair as they claim.

As an engineer with knowledge of cryptography and randomness, I conducted a structured experiment: over 500 case openings, logging every hash seed, result, and pattern. I compared expected probability distributions with what the site actually delivered.

Repeating patterns in low-cost and “promo” cases that defy randomness.
High-value drops appear with a statistically inconsistent frequency, especially during sponsored events.
The Provably Fair system shown on Key-Drop is incomplete and cannot be independently verified. They display hashes, yes, but without giving users access to the actual core data or the full seed chain, it's just a smokescreen.
The system gives users a false sense of transparency. The Provably Fair on Key-Drop is just a buzzword — not backed by proper cryptographic verification or open auditing standards.

So, I didn't know even know what Key-Drop.com was prior to $578.00 in unauthorized charges appearing in my bank account. I had to do all the investigating on my end and the reports to local police, this site whom I contacted at the same time. So this is a gamer "skin" company. I am not nor have I ever been a gamer because I have bills to pay! Here is my email and their reply:

I have in my pending charges account a 79.00 and a 499.00 US charge.

One, I am not a gamer. I had to Google you. How do I get these charges off my account? They have caused my account to go negative. I attached a screenshot for you. My cellphone number is xxx.xxx.xxxx. My bank is XXCU XX Credit Union.

I have notified the fraud department at my bank. Please advise when these charges will come off." Key-Drop response: "Hello there! In this case you will need to report this to your bank, and dispute it to them. Moreover, I highly suggest that you contact the responsible authorities for this as well like the police to report this fraudulent activity going on to your account. I hope you understand, thank you and have a great day"
So I did all of this and I am left with this money taken out of my account and I cannot pay my bills. This may not be a lot of money for some people but it determines whether I can pay my utilities, rent or buy food. To be fair, I am sending a review up on my credit union as well.

I know its hard to profit on this websites and its just for fun but its absurd how low the chances are compared to other websites and when you open a case, the 0.001% item appears multiple times and you always get one of the worst drops. Just makes you think, if that item is constantly appearing, the chance of getting it is not that low. Completely made to make users think subconsciously that the odds are way bigger and "trick" them to spend more and more.
Many other websites like this, don´t do that, have better odds and dont "trick" the users with dirty tactics.

Well, i was here gambling like since 4 months ago, its not that hard, to win, i need to admit its not scam at all cuz i gain so much skins (i can prove it) but heres the matter: like 2 weeks ago i gained ak47 bloodsport minimal wear statrack with only 20 bucks, the lowest one u can buy is i think 300€, i didnt gamble like 6 days in keydrop since i gain the bloodsport, when i returned to try some lucky, i didnt win a signle battle, well, only battle of cents, but expensive battles, hell nah, same with upgrades, i only gain cents upgrades and not a bit expensive upgrades, all ts happened after withdraw bloodsport and some great skins in the past months, as i said, its not scam at all, if u play smart, if you look for some good page and withdrawable money go to bandit.camp,

My experience: grab as much you can from that website, play safe and dont make addiciton lose it all

You have a wide variety of chests and weapons, but when you come across some new ones or ones that you might like, you can't take them out because they don't exist, you have to wait an indefinite time that is usually very long. Very unhappy with this.

Every other rating here is made by bots, complete scam website, one of the worst ive ever seen, every single case is useless, only their partners win anything, disgusting scam as usual

Its a scam , worst site for case opening and i did try a lot of sites (this one is the worst), dont get tricked by their interface, every case , every battle is fixed ! even their giveaways. All reviews are fake avoid at all cost !

I just got banned on this website and I don’t understand why. This morning I deposited a pair of gloves (valued at 120€, opened few cases, and luckily pulled a a butterfly knife. Tried to collect the knife for approximately 2 hrs, no luck, knife was not available. Site suggested me to exchange the knife for another knife that supposedly was available, did that, but again, site would not let me withdraw the knife. Finally, after some struggle, I managed to exchange the knife for a cheaper one and extra balance on the site. Extra balance was like 40$, I used it to open few more cases, after opening 3 cases, I got instantly banned. It’s frustrating because I used to deposit money often and open cases, in most of the cases when I was loosing money, site kept let me deposit money, but one time I was making profit, site keep blocking me withdraw my item.
