Extremely poor communication and incompetence from the staff. I have tried calling numerous times to chase up a query, only to be met with no response. On multiple occasions, staff have answered the phone but failed to respond, leaving me wondering if they have issues with their phone lines or just lack basic customer service skills. Completely unprofessional and frustrating experience. Would not recommend.

I had a very disappointing experience with Keystone Property. The service was misleading, and I encountered serious issues regarding transparency and trust. Communication was poor, and I felt that their practices were not in the best interest of their clients.

I strongly advise anyone considering doing business with them to proceed with extreme caution. There are far more reliable and professional companies out there that prioritize honesty and customer satisfaction.

We were told about the quality of service at keystones and approached them to sell our parents house after they had both sadly passed. The process of going through probate was daunting for us. However once we met Libby Ryan we were immediately put at ease and knew we were in great hands. I cant believe the professionalism and the knowledge this young lady has, she put us at ease from the outset, and is a credit to the company. The whole team at Keystones have been nothing but excellent in all they do. The speed at which they sold the house and gaining the highest possible price was just amazing. We can highly recommend Keystones.

Keystones have been absolutely amazing to deal with. From viewing the property to having the offer accepted was a very smooth process. Sam helped us with getting our offer accepted very quick without have to chase or any hassle. We had some issues with the solicitors but Scott from Keystones was quick in stepping in and supporting us throughout till completion, which was very helpful. Overall satisfied with the service and would highly recommend.

Excellent agency to deal with! I am about to complete on a property sold through Keystones. It has been a painful and long process. However, Sam, Scott, Gemma, Troy and other members of staff all joined in to help us get our flat. Their work has been brilliant all along and communication has been outstanding. I highly recommend them and will use them in future will I ever decide to sell :)

We recently sold our Property through Keystones and we was in chain The agency just keep push to sign the contracts soon as possible they dont care that we got kids they keep calling me every day I had so much stress.Our house was really nice and we got an offer below 10k after we sold the house we so so many houses that was not really nice and more expensive. They charge a lot and I'm not satisfied about what we received at the end our house been sold through them . Afterwards I'm not recomend them.

Scott and the team at Keystones’s are by far the best estate agents out there. I have worked with Keystones’s for many years, as a landlord and selling my properties I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my investments they get the job done with minimal stress it’s a pleasure to do business with them year after year

From start to finish, Keystones offered a top-quality service when selling our apartment in Harold Wood. Every member of the team is extremely knowledgeable and offers a superb level of customer service, always available to answer questions and provide advice on the process. Our sale was made more complex due to the buyer being based outside of the UK, but the team at Keystones helped us seamlessly navigate the process and move us from listing to completion without any large delays. We interacted with several members of the team throughout the sale and were extremely impressed by their professionalism and customer first attitude. A special thanks to:

- The owner of the company Scott and manager Chris who we first interacted with when listing the property. It was out first time selling a property, but they made us feel at ease by explaining the process in detail and setting our expectations. Both were always available and on hand in case they needed to step in to answer questions or expedite anything

- The sales agent Sam coordinated the viewings of our property with potential buyers. He consistently ensured we were made aware well in advance of the timings of viewings and provided excellent, detailed feedback after people viewed the property. The high-quality video of the apartment that Jay, Sam and the rest of the sales team created helped us in getting many people interested in the property and was what attracted our buyer to view

- Finally, Gemma in Sales Progression diligently moved us from STC to completion without any issues. The process was very well managed throughout, despite some complexities and this was largely down to Gemma's brilliant communication and organisation skills.

I would 100% recommend Keystones for anyone looking to sell their property in the Havering areas. We have dealt with several other agents in the area when viewing other properties for purchase and Keystones customer-centric approach really made them stand out from the competition

Really helpful local estate agents. From the very beginning from Scott coming round giving my property a look over and giving me a valuation then to kelsey getting 14 viewing booked in within a few days when property went onto the market then Kelsey getting a seller on the same day and over the asking price , Chris doing is magic getting everything in line and agreeing the other for me , on the final stench now but could wish for anything else of them
