We have a very busy, 30+ vehicle limousine service and the Key Cafe system has been a game changer for us. We longer worry about losing keys and we always know which driver is in a particular vehicle. Great product and very easy to use.

From inquiry to onboarding the process was easy. Ashley wasn't pushy and she listened to my needs. Melissa was very helpful and patient during onboarding and offered a wealth of knowledge to help me get the most out of this system.

The KeyCafe Key Management System is excellent! We use the boxes for our physician resident sleep rooms; even the residents love the system. No more searching for lost keys because someone didn't sign the key out. The residents enter their badge number and can choose from the list of available keys. I can track who takes and returns keys, and troubleshooting human errors is easy! I don't know why we didn't purchase the system sooner!!

They always check on us once in a while to get feedback and therefore make their product better.

Just what we needed. Although the delivery times of hardware might be a bit long it is worth the wait. Keycafe supports you getting started with a training and has a good support site to get you going.
It is supporting our needs to maintain the many keys that are needed within a manufacturing enviroment.

This product is remarkably user-friendly and has made significant advancements in enhancing security.

We had an issue with our door bins not opening. As a user with 60 vehicles, and 100 keys the boxes are in constant demand. Keycafe sent an engineer to fix issues, posting the items needed by the engineer direct without delay.

ALL of the bins have now been upgraded and internal elements changed by the engineer to make them better ongoing.

We have been kept up to date of progress, involved and informed throughout.

Keycafe is a great way to allow staff keys 24/7 without interruption to staff operations. The access levels, history and events recorded for compliance make it a winner for us and we are very grateful to Keycafe for the service provided - our bins are like new!

The KeyCafe control module is a well designed key management product. It is easy to learn, use and install. On the downside, however, is the long delay in having the product delivered. The Smartbox has features that are not yet usable by the customer (built in camera for transaction snapshots).

Issues aside, the smartbox is a great product that I am sure will only get better.

KeyCafe is one of the best investments we have made as a business. Having the keys electronically tagged and secure using such a small discrete tag allows us complete visibility to know what vehicles we have available for hire at end point in time.
Dimitri in particular has been really helpful for us.

Great machine, really useful for our business. We used to have to keep a track of all of our keys on paper, and have someone in charge of giving and taking the keys. This has save us a lot of time.

When the machine arrived it did not work, but Dimitri was great and helped to fix this as soon as possible. Great customer service skills and friendly approach.

I absolutely love how convenient the system works with our day-to-day business. Our team members are able to drop off keys on their own, and then the system even tracks the times they are returned.

We have used Keycafe for the management of keys on our construction project. Subcontractors are set up as users and we can alter access permissions to areas and track who has been where. The system is efficient and has saved us the significant cost of hiring additional personnel to manage keys. Overall very happy!

Great Service! We searched so many options but all are over priced and we got KeyCafe. This system is perfect for business looking to track keys to employees. Getting 24*7 service is not easy and very thankful to Dimitri Galanos, who are available whenever we need him. If your business has the capability to make use of KeyCafe I would highly recommend them.

Melissa is fantastic and is the reason I would recommend this product to other uses. She has been accommodating, patient, and has helped or provided the tools for any challenge I have had. One of the original reasons I chose to move forward with KeyCafe for my business needs was due to the existing positive customer service reviews. That has been met and exceeded.
