Purchased an account with the game "The Spell brigade". They gave me a russian account so I couldn't share the game with my EU main account.
Not only that, 24h after purchase, Steam banned my purchased account.

Emailed support and, my problem still.

Will update if something changed, but seems I got scammed.

Edit: 5 days later, the company still didn't solve my problem.
They sent me an email 3 days ago asking for screenshots of my personal Steam account, and from that day I didn't get a simple reply from them. I emailed them 2 times a day and I got no answer.
Tomorrow I will claim it by Paypal, and of course, I recommend all of you to avoid to purchase anything from this shop. The risk to get scammed and lose the account you purchase is super high.

The key got delivered and works.
I didn't receive it instantly, it took awhile to process. I admit I got worried because the payment was pending I got really anxious. I'm glad all but I don't think I would risk a 50/50 chance again.

They're advertising keys they don't have. 'refunded' 1 of my 2 keys purchased immediately after payment. I now have to wait a week for the refund to go through, so I don't have a key and they have my money. Furthermore, it would have been cheaper to buy the keys together elsewhere from a reputable keyshop that had them in stock. Fortunately this was a very inexpensive key. Next time I'll just pay a little more at one of the good key shops. Contacted their customer services (ticket 3667) who confirmed the key was out of stock, despite them advertising it and remained for sale after the purchase.

Fixed my issue with the account

bought a schedule 1 steam account and they took the money and did not deliver however the problem was resolved next day and I was issued a refund just be careful what you purchase from keysense

My order was refunded by them after loading for 2 hours, but no refund was made to my bank account.

i payed for a game (schedule 1) and the money went out of my account and i never received the game. what a scam

Purchased Schedule 1 Account and got all the information right after the payment.

I was basically scammed I payed through PayPal and it took my money and didn’t receive no order through email or through the orders tab. Support isn’t responding I’m getting worried.

I placed an order for a game and it was in processing for over 2 hours. I contacted the support but nothing happened. Then my order automatically got refunded but day after a havent received any money back. Suppord doesnt answer

I bought a Windows 10 Pro activation key, only to discover that it had already been sold to someone else, terrible experience overall.

Update: after contacting the customer support, I was luckily able to solve my issue, by activating the copy with the help of an operator. It should be noted that such procedure, while necessary to activate the copy of Windows 10 Pro, was never listed anywhere on the website, and I was only able to discover it by contacting the customer support; a bit more clarification would be much appreciated.

I had an error message and i Copy and asked help or regime to the support, that answered in few time that this error was due my preesistente license and suggested to remove. The problem was solved and now my Microsoft Office works fine.

I was blocked and dont know why.
I bought there one time and few days later tried buy something and im blocked . This is really weird

The key that its suppose to give me its just loading forever i saw good reviews and its my first experience and its has not been a great one.

They provided a Steam Key that had already been used. I supplied ample proof of this and they keep telling me that they've forwarded the issue to their supplier. Their supplier might reply after 6 months, or never, that's not really my issue. They're the ones who sold the key and theyre responsible for refunding me if I get a non-working key. They can then resolve it with their supplier later. It's been 8 days, and they've been no help. Had to dispute the transaction with Paypal.

Update: Keycense have reached out and asked me to update the review to "reflect the full picture", so here it is: After I had already won the dispute with PayPal, Keycense emailed me to say that the "supplier" has responded and they are processing my refund. Interesting timing there, but let's give them the benefit of the doubt. Now my review is accurate and reflects all of the events as they ocurred. I have also changed it to 2 stars even though i will still never use this website again.

Bought two keys, one worked, the other is processing endlessly. Can't buy any more because it says my card is invalid (it is very valid I just made another purchase on eneba without issues) which I guess is a blessing in disguise since I was hoping the key would process in the end (it didn't).

Key sites are always shoddy but 50% hit ratio is not looking good. Will change the review if I get response from customer service as I already filed a ticket (I doubt I will).

EDIT: The key was refunded when I contacted CS.

I bought the key, and when it appeared complete it kept loading infinitely. I've been waiting for an hour for the page to reload and everything else is nothing! Instantaneous has nothing
