Purchased the M3 Mini Mac version. Nonstop pain. First of all the connection to the Mac was through some clunky 4k receiver with a thick braided cable. Mouse connected straight away even via my Hub... See more

Best shipping team ever
Here is my experience:
- I ordered keycaps and switches on the site. Since I was traveling to Greece, ordered to my parents address where I flying.
- Received an email from "Risk Order Confirmation" asking to send a photo of my ID and credit card
4. Sent both, waited for a week. No response
6. Asked for the update twice. Finally received an email that my order will not be shipped because the shipping team will not ship the order because "they consider it is risky to send a shipment to a freight forwarding company or a PO box where the recipient does not live in"
Still have a couple questions I never got clarified
- What is the risk of sending 80$ package anywhere?
- Who is that genius asking customers to send sensitive information especially if the order is not shipped anyway?
Can't order with Revolut on their site
Can't order with Revolut on their site. Accepted the payment, in the email they asked for more info to insure that I'm the real owner of the card. After I provided everything, they still refunded my purchase.
Really wanted this keyboard, I guess I will just find something else now.
This is the problem with with automated support system.
Thanks, for wasting my time.
The K3 mechanical keyboard is the best…
The K3 mechanical keyboard is the best keyboard I've ever had. I'll recommend keychron team to improve the User Experience with the addresses and the shipping. I had an experience where the website allowed me to input the address but after the purchase they sent me an email forcing me to add another address. It was quite difficult at the time because I was using the address of my courier. Apart from that. Keychron keyboards are really nice and good looking.
Ordered a Keychron K5 Pro and I'm…
Ordered a Keychron K5 Pro and I'm mostly happy with it but the board is bowed so that both the left and right sides rock when typing. It's not the worst thing in the world, but not something I'd expect from a keyboard at this price so I want to get it resolved. The issue is that there is no customer service, at all! I emailed them over 2 weeks ago, no response. Dropped a message in their quick chat, no response. Messaged them on Twitter, no response. You literally cannot get hold of them to get issues resolved which is not acceptable.
It took me two months to get the keyboard fully working...
I understand being overworked, I've been in that exact position, but I've also not given a crap about a customer complaining, and know what it's like be dishing out junk responses. The overworked thing is just an excuse, hire more people, you can afford it if you're selling so much that support cannot keep up...
This is their whole support, unless your issue is covered by their template responses, then you will get help within a day.
However, mine wasn't... the C2 Pro RGB was my first mechanical keyboard I've bought myself, and never have I spent this much money on a peripheral. You wanna guess what happened when the advertised Via support didn't work?
I had to find out myself, why it didn't work, risk bricking my keyboard to fix it (they ain't gonna replace that LMAO), before figuring out the solution without any help from the people that sold me the damn thing. Guess what, after ditching their "help", I managed to resolve the issue myself within half a day.
The keyboard is nice, and will last me for years to come, however I do regret giving these people money just to be treated like garbage.
Worst company on the planet
Worst company on the planet. Don't buy from them. The support is rubbish, the quality of the keyboards is overrated and quite expansive. My experience was horrible, they sent me the wrong item and refused to exchange it. The only option they gave me was to send it back to China at my expense and be charged for both shipping and duties. No help whatsoever. On top of that, I had to pay a very high delivery charge, above the average for shipping from China.
Poor quality poor customer service
The keys are unresponsive, when they are responsive they do not operate correctly, the company gave me no help whatsoever and informed me to “return it to china myself”
These keyboards are not cheap.
I will never use this business again.
Keyboard was not delivered, money was taken
Edit: The customer support conversations were difficult, but in the end, they sent a new package. I must admit the product is excellent. While they clearly have challenges with customer support and their delivery company is the worst, they are honest.
----
Keyboard was not delivered. They do not do anything about it. They tell me to check with the delivery company they hired, but that delivery company pretends the package has been delivered and does not answer my mails. The package was not delivered, I was home at the time they say it was.
Maybe check with who you work with, Keychron ? That delivery company has an awful lot of 1-star rating by users complaining about not having received their stuff. Meanwhile, Keychron calmly keeps my 200€ in their bank account and ignore my mails.
Terrible company
Terrible company! Returns are impossible, support is extremely slow.
Wanted to return the the Q1 Pro because…
Wanted to return the the Q1 Pro because of false layout, support not answering. Would recommend not buying from keychron
Keyboard broke a few months in - customer support slow
Got a Keychron K6 a few months ago, barely used it. Now refuses to turn on or connect either via Bluetooth or cable. Contacted customer support and had a useless and infuriating exchange, until I mentioned to them that I had posted negative reviews online. That’s when they agreed to refund the price of the keyboard. It was a decent keyboard while it lasted.
Poor/Harmful customer service
I had a very negative experience with Keychron. I ordered a keyboard for my son's birthday at their official website. Order #612791. In a few days they contacted me saying that the transaction was a "high-risk". I had to confirm my order again and provide a picture of a credit card that the payment was made with (last 4 digits). I guess that very fact should have a been a "red flag" right away. I did what they asked. Then, is about a week (the birthday was long passed by then) they emailed me asking if I really live at the address that I ordered the keyboard to (has anyone heard of such a nonsense before??). Again, I said "yes". Then, they said my order was cancelled and the refund will be done in 7(!) business days. Maybe these guys have good products but they certainly lack customer service. It was the worst experience I had in years. And I wouldn't recommend it to anybody else.
They didn't deliver 2 keyboards and refused to refund $132
A cheating company..
Please keep away from Keychron even you like keyboards shape!!!
They didn't deliver 2 keyboards, and then!! refused refunds when I asked!!
Totally Scam, I lost $132 without getting nothing at all!!
Take the negative comments with a grain of salt
No, Keychron isn't a UK based company, but they never claimed to be.
Pros of purchasing from directly Keychron:
- You get a high quality mechanical keyboard for a really competitive price.
- The K3 is currently £79, the most comparable keyboard that I've had is the Logitech MX Mechanical and that's £150! The quality of construction, factory lubing etc is near same.
- It's cheaper than buying the same keyboard from Amazon.
Cons of purchasing directly from Keychron:
- It takes 10-14 business days, mine took 9
- The tracking once the parcel is in the UK isn't great, but if you search your tracking number on "package radar" it will give you a Royal Mail tracking number instead of the 4PX one, just think it should be an all in one thing.
- Although I haven't dealt with this personally I have heard there support is not good, sometimes defective items have to be sent back, which takes a long time etc.
But, I don't think people realise this product was Kickstarter project 2/3 years ago, so the company is in there early days. If I was to order from Keychron again I would spend an extra £20 to order from Amazon for piece of mind, more "insurance" if it had to be returned and quicker delivery time.
This is an enthusiast product that's recently gained a lot of success and in my opinion deserves some leniency.
Had a great experience with Keychron
Had a great experience with Keychron. My V1 came with faulty Keycap mounts but customer support were quick to help me out.
I bought a Keychron Q1
I bought a Keychron Q1, I love it, it's pretty good!
Arrived fast, it comes with all the tools necessary to disassemble the keyboard!!
I lost the WIN keycaps pack and contacted customer support, they asked me what keys I was missing and sent them right away! Within 10-15 days they were in my mailbox!
I see a ton of people saying their customer support sucks but my experience was excellent!
Amazing keyboard
Ouch on reading the other reviews when I came here to leave mine.
I ordered the K10 with UK caps and delivery from China was a very speedy 9 days. The keyboard is a delight to type on with brown switches and the metal outer frame feels very premium when you reposition the keyboard.
Bad product, worse customer service
Build quality a joke and when i contacted support they told me to fix it myself. Abysmal company. do not recommend in the least and highly dubious of anyone recommending them.
Happy with it
I ordered a Keychron keyboard directly from the manufacturer's website. The product wasn't available from any shop in my home country. The shipment arrived to Finland in just 7 working days (a lot faster than promised and no hassle with the customs). I had no issues with the shopping experience and it was easy to keep track of my order. The product itself is also very pleasing. Because I have no issues with the product, I cannot say how the customer service would have been in case I had some problem.
Bought the keyboard 2 days ago and it…
Bought the keyboard (keychron k8) 2 days ago and it has nice typing experience.
But I have a problem with the keyboard, which was a very short cable I think its 1m or 1.2m.
Coming from a supposed company of keyboard enthusiasts and a keyboard that was not cheap in anyway. I short usb wire is the kinda thing that was very annoying because I had to go and buy a extension cable.
