No pre-determined ideas, tailored professional service to match specific needs
From our initial meeting with Mark and his team, time and effort was taken to understand our business, our customers and how KSS would add further value to our services. By initially adopting a GAP analysis approach to understand where we were and where we needed to go; KSS then worked alongside our staff, engaging at every key stage without making them feel intimidated by an external advisor. Their advice, recommendations and implementation is tailored to match our specific needs. Help is now always at hand and its most reassuring to have them as part of our team - day or night!

We moved to Key Safety Solutions last year and it has been the best business decision we made. They have provided a professional service from day one and nothing is too much trouble for them. They respond quickly to e mails outside of our contracted visits. In addition to supporting us achieve high levels of H&S compliance they have also carried out training sessions for us.

Professional, reliable, friendly
Blackwood Fire Ltd have employed the services of Key Safety Solutions since 2010 to assist us in managing in our health & safety procedures. In all of that time we have always found them to be professional, reliable & friendly. More importantly, they actual provide what we want, unlike some health & safety consultancies we'd used prior to them.
We are happy to use the services of a business whose core values are in line with their own and will continue to work with them. We have no reservations in recommending them.

Great peace of mind
We are a firm of Chartered Accountants in Norwich with 3 working business owners and around another 12 staff. Having Key Safety deal with our HR matters is a great time saver and knowing an expert is dealing with it saves us from worrying that we are not dealing with the various rules and regulations fully. Would thoroughly recommend this service to any SME.
