 as of today I’m still waiting for my my tracking number
It’s been eight days since I placed the order. I talked to somebody in customer service yesterday and was told it would probably ship out by the end of the week
After reading the other reviews, it sounds like an ongoing problem with these guys
I paid $25 extra for UPS ground shipping

I there is a chance to not give a single star I would do that. These companies like in long sleep, they promise one thing and then you waist couple days cal them to find out about order just to find out that order is waits fullfillment.
Never suggest any body to work with these guys.

I ordered a product and received the wrong item. Over a month has past and I still do not have what I ordered, with no response in a week since my last email. There is not a telephone number to call.

Ordered 4screws for Schlage Lock. Total cost of 10$. They were asking 200$ for shipping to Canada. Emailed them asking if possible to send by mail: never received any response from them.
They don’t seem interested if you buy small items . So I got them screws elsewhere for a reasonable cost. This company is rated below 0 in my mind!!!

I actually ordered the wrong things. Got a call from them about five minutes later to make sure that’s what I wanted. After correcting my order, they gave me the products for what I’d already paid which was quite a bit cheaper. I’ll order from here from now on.

After 15 years, our first unit broke and we are replacing it with the same unit as original. It seams that the cold weather finally did it in. It is so much easier not worrying if you have your key to open the door to get in, We love it!!!!!

I purched four cam locks for a medical facility. The chat feature was most helpful. Delivery was rapid. Thanks for the good service.

I called into sales , described what door and application we had sent a photo and got out the right lock and strike the first time !

The order I received was different from what I paid for. The picture on the site describes the type of lock I was hoping to receive only to receive a different version of the deadbolt requiring key entry to both sides. Picture on site does not display that. The description is misleading and lacks the correct information for the customer. Not only was I left with an order that I had to keep due to time constraints and safety for my 86 year old mother, but I ended up having to hire a locksmith to adjust the lock to fit what should have been a simple removal of the old lock and replace with the new. Not only were did we incur the cost of the lock, which was expected, but the additional $125 to modify the lock was completely an unexpected cost. I would suggest that your pictures and information reflect what is expected of what a customer orders as well as making your reps knowledgeable of the products. A complete overall of your website is definitely suggested. As a graphic designer who designs websites, these are common errors why clients lose customers because of inconsistencies that hurt their bottom line.

The safe is OK. The problem is I continually searched for Fire Rated safe and your company kept dropping safes into the results that are not fire rated. My fault I didn't check the final order before I hit purchase.
Really annoying.

I placed an order on 1-11 & 4 days later I still haven’t received a shipping confirmation. No holiday or weekend included. I have talked to customer service (very nice lady) & was told I would receive tracking information that day...still nothing. I emailed customer service & still no tracking information. I’m not pleased with the service I have received. You would think that when a customer buys a product they would get requested information in a timely manner.

Great price and prompt service and delivery. I will be back for more projects
