never heard of them fake review was posted dont know where it came from so i have never bought windows from them want there post taken down a put on dont know why being askd about this dont know this company and never bought windows from them

I have many keylite roof windows and solar blinds, the solar blinds do not last long, I cannot obtain spares, I do not consider these worth the expense. If I could give a 0 I would.

Very pleased with blinds and easy to fit even for a 76 year old.

I had a Keylite window installed in my home office and experienced the heating in the room was not getting to temperature. I had the heating system serviced and checked and this made no difference. One day, I'm standing in the office and I thought I felt a draught on my head and looked up and thought, I wonder if I have leakage from the window. Got the steps and thankfully the wind was blowing severely and sure enough I could feel air. I called Keylite who explained that they could organise a visit and if it was found that the window had not been correctly fitted there would be a charge, which is totally fair. I did mention also mention the window was not stopping open and it just wanted to gravitate naturally down. The lady who I was having dialogue with, Amie, then said in this regard that it has been known that some older hinges have not performed as Keylite would have liked and when reported, Keylite would replace free of charge. Richard the Keylite engineer rolls up and completes a thorough inspection and discovers a couple of issues with what I would describe as flattened/compressed seals, that were not in his professional opinion, performing properly, which he proceeded to change along with the new hinges. I asked how much I owed, and I was told that the window had been fitted perfectly and as a consequence there was not a charge under Keylite policy, to which I was thankful. The point of this review is to say that Keylite could have quite simply charged me the callout and parts, but they didn't and from my many years on this earth, I have only dealt with a handful of trustworthy companies with a good product and Keylite, I class, as one of those businesses as well as the companies I own. Highly recommend this business, customer support and Richard the engineer. A great advert for British industry.

Blind fit the window size perfectly, could be installed with middle amount of effort. We paid in the end half the price we were offered by local blinds installer company :). Thank you.

Starting with my call to Aime my experience with Keylite customer care could not have been any better. Aime was kind and has a lovely manner on the phone (it is so rare to actually speak to a person these days) she could not have been any better, a true asset to Keylite. Lee the enginer who did our home visit, well what a lovely, lovely man. He never at any point made us feel rushed and took his time explaining things and going over everything in detail.
Keylite would do well to hang on to these two customer facing people as they are refreshingly good at handle customers.
The only reason I have left 4 stars and not 5 is because we wont know until the spring if the problem is finally solved.

Product still hasn’t arrived, I received dispatch notification on Jan 2nd, I spoke to someone on 17th and that said they’d call back, they didn’t. Still hasn’t arrived and I’m struggling to get hold of anyone.

Great product (solar blind)

Arrived within the expected timeframe. Relatively easy to self install (did require a bit more effort than what I imagined, but nothing out of this world). Product works perfectly and the remote control can be used for other blinds as well given it's multi channel. It's quite expensive but I am very happy with the product!

I had a problem with a loft ladder, I contacted the customer service team and they went above and beyond to help, supplying replacements for the problem items. No quibbles, no questioning just straight forward how can we help.

It was snowing and our remote skylite would not close. Amie knew her products and we had an older remote model to the one I saw online. She explained we could get a new battery and how to do this. She also sent instructions to reconnect the remote and how to override manually in the future should we need it. She was very pleasant and patient and resolved this quickly.

Speedy delivery,easy to fit,seem like good materials but a little expensive

Customer service were really responsive when I had a query. Delivery time excellent, even to Ireland. Blind was easy to install and great quality so overall a great experience

Ordering process could have been more user friendly and consistent between customer service agents.
Product seems fine. Too early to give feedback on its performance over time.

I ordered two window blinds and fitted the first one and on opening the 2nd large one I noticed there was a broken piece and I couldn’t fit it, so took a photo and sent it to customer care and the emailed me back within an hour and said they would send another one out the next day and it arrived and I’ve put it up and they are lovely to look at and works very well as a blackout blind.
