I ordered my Keylite windows from a…

I ordered my Keylite windows from a supplier rather than direct, but had to get in touch with Keylite for some advice and support. The support representative, Daniel, was incredibly helpful in answering my query and even offered to send out the correct part to allow me to open the handle on my window - free of charge! What an absolute pleasure to deal with, their products are top notch as well and I am happy that I chose Keylite over other similar brands!

Keylite customer service second to none. Purchased a demo stock window from a…

Purchased a demo stock window from a local supplier however, when it was delivered, I noticed it had been damaged during the delivery and the window would not close. When I spoke to the supplier, they didn’t really want to know and so I called. Keylite directly and spoke to them. They asked for some pictures and a full description and sent me a whole new lock and spares that they suggested would fix the problem. It fixed. the problem but not only that, keylite were speedy friendly and there was no charge for the repair. I cannot rate this company highly enough. I was expecting a bill and they just wanted to put the issue right. It’s a shame the company purchased it from didn’t feel the same way… So.keylite, thank you so much for your help – much appreciated

We ordered a blind which unfortunately…

We ordered a blind which unfortunately turned out to be the wrong size. When we requested a refund, instead of receiving the full amount back, we were charged what the company described as a “collection charge and restocking fee.” This was disappointing and felt unfair, as the item was returned unused and in its original condition. Customers should be made clearly aware of such hidden charges before ordering, as it leaves a poor impression and discourages future business.

Fabulous Experience and Service

Within an hour of emailing the excellent customer care team I had a reply with a proposed visit date to repair our skylight window. The engineer Luke arrived dead on the agreed time and even had the required parts to fix the window. The damage had been caused apparently by the original installer. This has been a very happy experience from this excellent company

I had an issue with my skylight and was…

I had an issue with my skylight and was under warranty. They sent someone out within a week, the person was really helpful and solved it quickly. Made an effort to provide me further details about my warranty. Very positive experience. It’s hard to find trustworthy companies so next time I replace my skylights etc it will be with this company.

Absolutely terrible experience

Absolutely terrible experience. Blind is one of about 5 I have but was sent without a part, when I asked for a replacement blind they sent the part, which I fitted but wasn't right and the blind has ripped off the frame ans damanged. They won't send me a replacement or give a refun despite me knowing my consumer rights. Will never use again.

Great product-shame about delivery driver

Great product. Quite easy to install, even balancing on a step ladder. The only negative was the parcel delivery guy, who couldn’t be arsed to knock the door or ring the bell and literally threw the boxes on the drive, took a photo and sped off. Maybe it’s time to consider other delivery companies?
Apart from that all was good.

Check KEYLITE out !

Firstly I am fed up of getting 'reminders' to review your company. In March 2025 my neighbour and I agreed to renew our roofs as the 100 year old semi's were beginning to show their age . Both of us had VELUX windows in the roof but were 40 years old . The builder explained that he would be unable to get repair kits for the aging excellent VELUX windows . So he recommended renewing the existing windows with KEYLITE replacement . Despite the additional costs both of us agreed . The replacement windows were delivered in late MAY 2025 . However two had been damaged in transit so a further delay was anticipated . Ultimately the windows were delivered BUT not a straight forward swap. The roofer was good as his word and eventually fitted the KEYLITE windows . The quality is excellent ,finish in white is faultless. Very happy with the product . I had VELUX blinds on the original windows but they would not fit the KEYLITE fittings so I had to order new KEYLITE blinds . They arrived in decent time and are of good quality and relatively easy to fit ,which I did . On the whole I am quite satisfied with KEYLITE and would suggest a customer consider them.

Pricey - but function ok

Blinds function ok, however the materials used for this order are not the best quality which doesnt reflect the premium pricing

Blinds not fitting window

I purchased 3 x rooflite blinds giving the sizes of the Keylite windows
only 1 of the blinds actually fitted the window. The other 2 blinds are slightly too wide to fit into the window opening properly and have not yet been fitted

Quality, well designed product

I recently bought a loft ladder from Keylite and happy with the experience overall. Ordering and delivery was quick and hassle free. The loft ladder feels well made with some innovative design features that made installation easier. It is a little bit tricky trying to remove and re-attach the ladder from and to the frame during installation as the brackets tend to foul on the hinges and springs but otherwise a well made product and I'm more than happy with it.

Replacement remote took 4 weeks to come…

After a long wait to receive our replacement remote we eventually received the incorrect remote. My email went unanswered so I phoned the company and was talking to a very helpful lady who sorted it out.

They can’t tell a rectangle and square apart

We have a Keylite skylight installed in our new build property which we wanted to order blinds for. We input the serial number on the window sticker onto their system which comes up as P04A and 780mm x 780mm (a square shape). Now, our skylight is very obviously a rectangle, so I measured it, coming up at 71cm width and 110cm drop. I enquire with them and after explaining everything the first agent asks if I’m sure of the measurements, to which I’m baffled because it’s undeniably not a square. Most obviously a mistake has happened on their side during recording the serial number and I explain to them the clear difference in measurements, and ask to speak to someone higher hoping they’d have more information. Unfortunately, it’s exactly the same thing, and despite the fact that I have provided measurements and pictures with the Special Size sticker PZZ and explaining AGAIN, she goes “I don’t know where the measurements (the ones I provided) are from and there could be an error on that side”. She insists that their process is rigorous and it’s basically impossible to make a mistake. They give me a square and I’m looking at a rectangle. I gave up emailing back because I couldn’t deal with more of that stupidity and reluctance to admit that a mistake has been made on their system. Both agents Alicia and Diane should just be sent back to kindergarten to get a new diploma as they don’t understand the difference between a square and a rectangle. They’ve basically lost a customer as I had two skylights I was going to purchase automatic blinds for.

Very well designed and built window,

The window itself is great, and the installers said they prefer this window company over others because Keylite windows are so well designed (the trickle air flow with built in fly screen is excellent), built and more straight forward to install.
The only improvement I can say refers to the blind and not the window (which is great). Because of the depth of the surrounding window frame the blind can't be shut fully using the pole because the screen knurl at the end of the pole just slides out of the screen's curved metal edge as the pole meets the edge of the window sill; I have to use a foot stool to reach up and close the blind's last couple of inches.
