NOT TO BUY FROM THEM AND IF YOU HAVE TO ONLY WITH PAYPAL. I bought 3 items received only 2 and in the wrong size. PayPal refunded me for the third item as for the wrong size no answer from the service. i send a few mails but no answer not even from a robot. defiantly a bad experience.
DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! I bought 300$ worth of clothes and two months later got a notification that it had been delivered, went outside and nothing was there. Post office didnt deliver anything. I emailed customer service multiple times and they keep sending the same message from a robot.. No Refund! No shipping me a new order! They just say it was delivered and never even sent anything. I asked the post office and they said they never received or delivered a package for me!

I take my words back ! Afer 2 months I finally got my 5 t-shirts which I ordered in keypepper shop. The quality is great! Everything looks exactly like on photo! It was just a very strong delay which is not their responsibility.
Unfortunately, I ordered off this website because I saw an add for it on Snapchat thinking it was trustworthy. I bought about $110 worth of clothes...which (somewhat) came in about a month, but I had no emails or ways to track the package. Only 4 out of 5 tops came, but it should be mentioned that every single top had major spelling errors and wasn’t true to size. I did, however, manage to get a refund on the one top that didn’t come. Needless to say, don’t order from here. More likely than not, something with your order will go wrong and the clothes are not even good quality.
It is legit!! I just received my stuff, it did take a while to arrive, but it did eventually! I got so worried that it was a scam and that I wasted 100$. If you’re ordering from here, I recommend getting a size or two (or even three) bigger because the clothes definitely run small, (made for some mini k-pop model or something haha) but it is legit and their tshirts are really nice!
***FINAL UPDATE***
All items have finally arrived and everything looks pretty much exactly like the photos - 2 tops look slightly different but they still look great and I love them! Everything is made out of good material and fits perfectly! The only downside was that it took a long time for everything to be shipped. I ordered on June 16th and finally received everything Aug. 4th.
***UPDATE*** I’ve received the tracking information for my other orders and can see they’ll be arriving soon! I’m sure I’ll love them as much as the other 2 orders that have arrived as I’ve legit lived in them all weekend!

Honestly I didn’t think to research the site first as I’ve never had issues ordering online, but after I placed my order I became extremely skeptical that this site was a scam. I didn’t hear anything, the shop disappeared off Instagram, there was basically no information anywhere on Keypepper and when I found the site I thought it was strange there were no reviews or a number to call.
Good news, the 2 orders that have showed up are exactly true to what the pictures were online and I love them! I was also able to connect with 2 separate CSRs who apologized for inconvenience and delays. Although it took almost a month for the first 2 pieces to arrive, I’m also aware of the present state of the world.
I hope this review helps anyone who was in my position and feels like they’ve been scammed and disappointed.
Again this review is still subject to change, but actually receiving 2 of my orders made me feel 1000% better with this site!
I ordered 5 and received 2 but it took a month. I don't know if the other three will arrive properly, but it will definitely take some time.
Read reviews only after ordering from this site, my mistake. Saw how everyone says it's a scam and got a refund from emailing CS. Luckily I think I talked to actual people, but in the 5 or 6 days I had my order still active, nothing was processed or even shipped out. UPDATE I have seen the exact same clothing pictures on 10+ other similar looking websites with weird names (ALL advertised on Instagram...), they're ALL gross scams.
