KeyPro verhuurt meubels voor veel verschillende doeleinden. Een tijdelijke woning inrichten voor jou zelf, voor expats, huurders, producties, een verkoopstyling of voor welke reden dan ook. We ontzorgen onze klanten door de woning of ruimte in te richten met behulp van het juiste meubilair. Dit doen we voor de periode dat jij het nodig hebt en daarna halen we het weer op. Zo hoef jij je zelf nergens druk om te maken en nemen we al het werk uit handen.

Omdat veel van onze klanten huren voor hun klanten, huurders of personeel, is het voor ons belangrijk dat we goed meedenken en de eindklant centraal staat. Zodat deze meer dan tevreden de woning kan betrekken en het echt voelt als een thuis.

Naast het verhuren van meubels gaat onze service verder dan alleen inrichten en bieden we ook services als wifi, raam- en vloerafwerking en schoonmaak aan.

Good service

I rented furniture for a short time. Communication and delivery went really fast. Good quality of the furniture!

False stock, disrespectful service

As my previous review was taken down. THEIR SITE STOCK IS A LIE!since august 14th am still waiting for my refund after experiencing the most horrible and even dare to say racist customer support.

Do not rent from this site.

We’re sorry to hear you're still feeling disappointed. As discussed, your refund has been fully processed on our side. Since the payment was made by credit card, the final transaction is now in the hands of your card provider. This can take a few working days, depending on their procedures.

Regarding your comment about our stock: at KeyPro, we work with a circular and dynamic inventory, which means that stock levels can change quickly. This is something we always try to communicate clearly during the ordering process. In your case, this unfortunately led to a mismatch in your order, and we’re sorry if this caused confusion or inconvenience.

We take all feedback seriously and are constantly working to improve our services and communication. Your feedback helps us reflect and refine our processes, and we appreciate that.

Lastly, we want to be clear that we treat all customers with respect and fairness. Allegations of racism are extremely serious and do not reflect our values or the way we operate.

Strongly advise to buy your own stuff

We have rented furniture for 8 months. In servicing the people are friendly and attentive. The quality of the furniture is very disappointing and they were not well put together. (missing screws, half completed set up)

Returning the furniture was a painful exercise with no clear guidance in advance nor knowing the actual pick up time. Afterwards we received a delivery report claiming furniture was dirty and had to be cleaned and furniture was broken and/or damaged. So putting aside we did not agree with this assessment, let's talk about the next part...

For all damaged stuff full new price was charged not taking into account the depreciation for the months of rent. Furthermore the new price charged was higher than what you can buy the exact same furniture for online. This means in the end they received thousands for a set of furniture not even worth half.

Upon complaints I was told I had to take it as this is how they do business (mind you the contract does not specify how damage is calculated)

Our approach is focused on sustainability and the reuse of furniture. To remain transparent, we always prepare reports including photos at the time of delivery, during service, and upon collection. If an item is returned in a condition that requires cleaning, there are costs involved for us to have it professionally cleaned.
When a product is returned damaged or defective and can no longer be repaired or reused for future rentals, we carefully assess whether this damage occurred through normal use or through improper handling. Normal wear and tear or usage marks are never charged to the customer, and items that show signs of standard depreciation are written off at our expense. Costs are only charged in cases where the product cannot be reused due to misuse or breakage, and in those cases a detailed report with photos is always shared with the customer.

We regret that this was not your experience, and we will take your comments into account to further improve the clarity of our process and communication.

Its a scam.

1. They cant guarantee the items which you order and pay for can be delivered (their inventory system is based on warehouse availability at the moment of ordering, this does not mean those items are available at the time of delivery) --> this makes their online order / payment option worthless.

2. They gave me 3 different quotations to furnish the same apartment for 1 month:

- For the first one (total 1,850 euro for 1 month, incl. delivery and installment), they added 500 euro for "styling", but when asking for details, they could not clearly explain the value add between "styling" and "installing"

- For the second one (which I completed online), the total quotation was 1,458 euro for 1 month, incl. delivery and installment

- For the third one (total 1,747 euro for 1 month, incl. delivery and installment), they suddenly added 300 euro extra for a "lift" (which was not included in the other two quotations)

3. Their customer service is incompetent, rude and not immediately following up on queries

Furniture ok but very poor customer service

The furniture is OK the delivery service was good. However, the company was very inflexible when it came to scheduling the pick-up. When it happened, they took our own pillows and bedding set by mistake - an honest mistake, and that is fine - but it has not been a priority for the company to give it back. Pick-up was on Wednesday, and "we would be lucky" if we get it back next week.

Very poor customer service.

Good selection of furniture for a…

Good selection of furniture for a competitive price. We rented furniture for a short period and it all went smoothly from delivery, set up to pick up at the end of the rental period. No complaints about the furniture, it all looked good and definitely not worn down. I would have preferred to get the same set of chinaware and same for the sets of bedlinen but it wasn't a big deal and we had enough of everything.
