Bad service, product download did not work, sent multiple emails for refund with no response. Would not recommend.

Instant key access in not 28 hours later a key shows up. You have a good service but saying it is instant and not delivering the key until the next day is false advertising at best,

I've purchased a Windows 11 Pro for Workstation Professional Product key license.

After latest windows update the key has stopped working.

Support claimed I've reinstalled windows (or hackers broke into my computer and reinstalled windows for me) and thus I will need to purchase a new key.

No refund or replacement.

Selling fake / unauthorized keys.

Will not refund or fix issues.

There is no MX record for the pre-assigned email address you receive so you cannot send or receive email rendering O365 functions unusable.

I ordered a Windows 10 Professional Retail activation key. What I got was a Win 10 RTM Professional Volume:MAK activation key. This is a volume licensing key. The “RTM” stands for “Release to Manufacturing,” which means it is for the final version of the operating system before its release to the public!

MAK stands for Multiple Activation Key, which is a type of software license key used for volume licensing. A MAK key is a unique identifier that allows a specific number of devices to be activated with Windows 10 Professional. Each MAK key has a predetermined number of allowed activations, which is based on the volume licensing agreement.

In a MAK-based volume licensing scenario, the MAK key is used to activate Windows 10 Professional on multiple devices. The key is typically managed by the organization’s IT department, which can track and monitor the number of activations and ensure compliance with licensing agreements.

There is a limited number of activations that can be used by this key so it is entirely possible that the key will not work because the activation limit has been reached.

I emailed the sales support team and asked them to resend what I ordered or refund my money. It’s been a week now and I haven’t heard anything. I guess I’ll have to dispute the charge on my credit card.

I bought the Office 2013 software on 25 April 2024 and the link that was sent to me did not work. I made other arrangements and asked for a refund. They did not make the refund yet and did not apologize for their lack of service. They send me another link to download the software, but I had already made other arrangements. I never tried the new link. A professional company would have apologized and would have made a prompt refund. I will take this up with Visa.

OFFICE 365 Account commits to OneDrive space.
Within a year the Drive was inaccessible, and all contacts are there but no ability to download or retrieve the contents. No option to purchase OneDrive space.
Many attempts to contact support without response.

Data storage is key to using MS365 not OK to lock people out of their data after. 1 year without being upfront when selling the product.

My $10 windows 11 pro key worked to upgrade from 11 home after following the attached instructions to first use a generic upgrade key. I used GPay bc I don't want them having my info

I purchased a lifetime subscription to Office 365 from a website. Unfortunately, my account stopped working shortly after. When I contacted their support team, they initially provided me with new account credentials twice, but the issue persisted. Regrettably, my last email to them went unanswered.

Ordered a retail license key and received a volume key. Emailed company 3 times with no response. Phone number is not a valid working #.

Worked just as expected...after I read the instructions. Initially I just skimmed the instructions and created a big mess for myself.
Customer service was responsive.

Edit: Eventually received a valid key. Was challenging to get ahold of someone to support me. Increasing my rating to 3 stars.

Never had an issue with them before but I got sent a key for a product I did not purchase and no one has picked up the phone or responded to my emails at all.

Scam, i got screens, they dont answer questions, keys dont work - No refund!!!

Purchased a Windows 10 retail key but was sent a Vendor (business) key. This is illegal to run on a personal computer.

I submitted a refund request via email and was told that they'd investigate. Then I was met with silence and they never responded again.

I have purchased about 6 or 7 copies of Windows LTSC over the last few years. I had a couple of technical issues one time out of 6 and Keys Direct customer service got back to me within 24 hours and solved it. I am back on their site about to purchase 2 more copies of Windows 11 Pro and thought I would pop by and review.
