Good prices and reliable service — choose your payment method wisely
I’ve had a very good experience purchasing licenses from Key.Express. The license prices are very reasonable, and as a registered customer I already receive better offers than a regular buyer.
In 2026, I placed two orders. For the first order, I chose payment via PayPal.Me expecting an instant online transaction. In reality, it was processed as a manual transfer, so delivery of the license key took three business days. This isn’t a problem if you’re not in a hurry, but for a digital product I would expect faster delivery.
For my second order, I selected Mastercard and paid by card through the payment gateway. The processing was immediate, which matches the standard of modern online stores.
The purchased licenses have always worked without any issues. I would welcome clearer descriptions of the individual payment methods to help avoid unnecessary confusion.

Thank you very much for your detailed and balanced review!
We’re truly pleased to hear that you’ve had a very good overall experience with Key.Express and that you’re satisfied with our pricing, special offers for registered customers, and—most importantly—the reliability of the licenses you purchased.
Regarding your first order via PayPal.Me: you are absolutely right. In this case, the payment is processed as a manual transfer, which can lead to a slight delay in delivery. We understand that for digital products, especially when needed urgently, customers expect immediate fulfillment.
We’re glad to hear that your second order via Mastercard was processed instantly and met your expectations for a modern online store experience.
Thank you again for your constructive feedback and continued trust in us. If you ever need assistance, we’re always happy to help!

Customer service was very responsive
Customer service was very responsive.
While not a normal thing, there was an issue with installing 2 non compatible programs. I really was my fault because I did not do an in-depth study to see if the programs would be comparable. They actually refunded my money! I will be doing business with them in the future.
