Switching from Ledger, I am impressed by the quality of this hard wallet.
You'll need a bit of time to adapt as it's a full air gapped wallet but once you get it, it is really a great experience.

My experience is very great.
But I still want Keystone to open to another network like BSC, Arbitrum, Avalanche. Because almost my access is on BSC network.

Very smooth experience. Was actually able to add delivery instructions through the carrier at the last minute.
All items (3 pro, case and tablet) are high quality.

They are scammer, as they did a scam with me as they delivered me nothuing and once I told them and shared everi parcel lost confirmation they said please share we will send you a replacement but they delivered nothing so once you will place order at their official website they will give you a tracking id but after some days they mark the order being deliverd in enclosed porch but actually you will recive nothing at all and even once everi will accept the parcel is lost they will use delay tactic but will not send you what you paid for and lastly you will have no choice except chrgeback so please be aware with this scam company.

Ordered the device and it came with in a week. I was not expecting it that fast. Looks amazing. Haven't set it up yet, so do not know the experience of the device it self..

Product works great. Very clean interface and easy to use. Device fits in the palm of my hand which I like. I was mostly looking to use it for XRP and XLM so perfect for my needs. The device was boxed very well. Thought it was cool the package can be used as a hidden“drawer” with the adhesive pad included. Very clever and eco friendly design.

One thing I could critic would be the device wasn’t already updated to the recent firmware. I get that you have the option to choose between bitcoin only or multi coin use when updating it though. Not a big deal to update, but it does take some time to do (~30mins) with the install/verify and multiple updates.

In addition, I am eager for more wallet integrations like exodus, trust wallet, Bifrost, etc.

Lastly , the corresponding nexus app is good to see your actual balances on the hardware wallet, but needs more coins added (xlm, ada, and other major coins would be preferable). I’ll leave a review for that on the App Store though. ;)

It was a good product, i did not have issues setting up the software, what i like the most is that all it is airgapped, there is no connection to internet to transfer the founds.

I’m very happy with my Keystone 3 Pro. The quality and performance are excellent, and it has exceeded my expectations. Now my crypto are safe and secured. Great job!

All tools needed to use keystone is included. Setting up is easy but need some patient as u have to add screw back most of the screw before lifting or letter will slip.

It is like a smartphone. Very easy to use, generates wallet address immediately. All you need is the keystone device and the smartphone to complete transactions.

The Keystone tablet punch feels durable and I expect it to protect the seed in any unfortunate event. The price is pleasant considering the competition, shopping experience and shipping are something I can't say anything negative about.

Ordered both a wallet and a metal seed phrase storage through keystone and both have been a great wallet for my defi needs and dapps as well as a great seed storage device with the metal tablet. 10/10

I will recommend this wallet to friends.

First it took an unusually long time to receive the product. When I recieved it I followed directions to verify it. The site said ok while the unit said it has been breached. I notified and reply came back saying another up to 72 hours for support or go to discord and to keystone group to ask questions. On the group several entities said they were customer support and the most official looking one wanted me to follow some link they gave me. I don't feel good trusting anyone on discord and I'll probably wait till Tuesday. Mean while I am having to leave my crypto on the exchange. I paid fair money for this item . It took a long time to get here and it doesn't work. Not Happy.
