5-star service from Kermanj from start to finish. He carried out a survey on the property we’re buying and was incredibly thorough, taking the time to clearly explain his findings and highlight any areas of concern.
He identified issues with the roof and possible damp, which we were then able to have looked into further before proceeding. The drone inspection of the roof was especially helpful, and the photos made it much easier for us to understand the areas of concern.
Kermanj’s attention to detail was excellent, and it was clear that he has a great deal of experience and knowledge.
