Excellent customer service …
Office program did not install properly and simply reverted to my Office 365 subscription. However, on contacting Keyzens their customer service was SUPERB and corrected the issue within an hour or two by giving revised login details.

Microsoft Office 365 is provided via direct download from Microsoft, and issues like this are usually related to an existing Office 365 subscription already installed on the device, which can override or conflict with a new installation.
