They are completely unreliable. I strongly advise against purchasing from them or trusting their returns policy. I bought a breast pump that did not match the description it was sold under, and when I tried to return it within their stated terms and conditions, they asked me to film myself using the faulty pump to prove the issue.

They then informed me that the returns address was in China, despite their website stating Germany, and the product was marketed as being made in Iceland. Overall, this experience felt very misleading—do not trust them with your money.

Watch out folks! The products offered and promoted under the Keswo name look identical to those recently marketed as Meacode in a drop-ship operation supported by fake recommendations. They are cheap Hong Kong tat. Have a look at the Trust Pilot reviews for Meacode before falling for the scam.
