Great experience

We recently purchased a dresser and two nightstands from this store and had a great experience. Delivery was free, and installation was very affordable at only $100. Everything went smoothly, and we’ll definitely be shopping here again.

Excellent Quality Furniture and Outstanding Service

I had a great experience with KFROOMS and ended up purchasing all my furniture from them. The quality is excellent, everything feels well-made and durable, and the designs look even better in person. The staff was knowledgeable, patient, and really helped me find pieces that fit my style and space perfectly. Delivery was smooth and everything arrived in great condition. We enjoyed partnering with you

Great customer service

Really phenomenal customer service. Called and asked if a bedroom set was in stock. Ross was honest and told me it was on back order. Once it came in, I was sent a tracking number and had it assembled upon delivery.

Simple & easy!

Ross made my furniture buying process so simple! I purchased my dining room set from here after seeing the same one from a department store yet this one was so much more affordable! Ross explained to me how the process works and within a couple weeks I had my whole dining room done! Thanks Ross for making this such an easy purchase! Will definitely be shopping again!

Stay away.

Stay away.
Bought a bed on their website on December 19th of 2022. Latest estimated delivery was January 3rd of 2023. Today, January 9th, I called customer service and the agent told me that they did not have the color I had bought. So they kept my funds all this time, while I have been waiting for a bed that does not exist. The company had my email, phone number, and regular mail. I was not contacted through any channels about the issue. I had to call them, cancel the order, and ask for a refund. As a business owner and a costumer I am impressed at how low their customer service performance is. Just checked the website and the order still shows processing. Place your money somewhere else.
