The whole process from moving in, to living and departure has been so simple. I have loved living as part of a close-nit group of housemates. Linda and Damian have been wonderful landlords and act on things quickly and ensure that the right people are in to fix any job!

I had a very positive experience renting an en-suite room from Khaldare. The space was spotless, well-maintained, and came with a thoughtful welcome package and a clear, friendly introduction that made me feel at home right away.

Unfortunately, due to unforeseen family circumstances, I had to terminate my contract earlier than planned. The team was incredibly understanding and supportive, they promptly released me from the agreement and immediately refunded the rent for the remaining days. That level of care and professionalism truly stood out and made a difficult time much easier to manage.

Highly recommended for anyone looking for not only a clean and comfortable place to stay, but also kind and responsible management.

I have lived in Khaldare properties for 1.5 years, both properties were great. Really well done up and maintained, I moved between houses due to wanting a larger bedroom and Linda made it as easy as possible to facilitate this so the move was seamless. They are always incredibly helpful if there are any issues at all and are right on to sort anything. It has been a pleasure to rent with them and if I wasn't moving out of the area I wouldn't have moved, thank you Linda and Damien 😊

Thoroughly enjoyed my time living in one of Khaldare’s properties. Friendly and accommodating communication from Linda and Damian whenever needed. The house was lovely and would definitely reccomend to others.

The property I was in was to a high standard and was well maintained. As any issues that were brought up were sorted quickly within 24-48 hours.

The landlord was very nice and cared about any issues I had. They were very professional and always went the extra mile.

When I left the property the process was quick and easy. I received all information I needed and all processes were started quickly.

I fully recommend Khaldare if you’re looking to rent in a high quality property. If I’m ever looking for a property to rent and I’m able to I will 100% be renting from Khaldare again.

Linda gave the quickest and friendliest turnaround possible. I viewed the house within minutes of calling regarding my interest. I was keen to move in quickly and the support I had throughout that was incredible. Linda is always a quick message away from any questions or concerns. The room and house is to a high standard.

Moved in today, everything went smoothly and the house/room/ensuite is in great condition. Linda was super and nice and welcoming & went through everything necessary! The welcome package was a very nice gesture, always going above and beyond to make us feel at home!

I have rented privated from a few landlords over the years, and with out a doubt Khaldare/ Linda has been the best of the lot.
Keeping standards high, they have provided a quality homely environment with some fantastic housemates.

The house is very clean, perfect location, Linda is very professional and welcoming and makes paperwork and life very easy, highly recommended.
