They are very customer focussed and go the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction. I would highly recommend them to family and friends.

I cannot speak highly enough about this company all people represented the company were curtious, friendly, punctual and professional making me feel that my decision was the correct one.

We recently replaced our windows to tilt and turn UPVC windows. We are very happy that we found Khalsons windows & doors. They did a great job starting from giving the information to windows installation. Every step was done on time and the windows installation took only a day. We are highly recommend them.

I had 3 companies come to give me a quote and the key reason I chose Khalsons was not just because the price was competitive, but because I trusted Khal and I trusted what he was telling me. And I was right to do so! No hassle, straight forward, did what they said they would do, kept to timeline and the team that came to install 8 x windows and a door, was headed up by a delightful man called Marcelo. Marcelo and his team did a fab job - lovey guys. They cleaned up after themselves, Khal rang me afterwards to check I was happy with the work. I am very pleased and would recommend this company to anyone who is looking for new windows/door. Thank you - good trades people are hard to find and this one is a treasure.

The price was great, without any hard sale or sneaky sales tactics. All door fittings/accessories were included. Lead time was about 7 weeks from ordering to completion. Product standard was good and they were fitted professionally. Very satisfied 😌

I would highly recommend Khalsons Windows & Doors to anyone who is thinking about improving their house. Infact, I have recommended them to my brother who will be in touch. They were very professional all windows and doors were replaced. They even adjusted the step at the back door for my mother which no other company suggested.

My mother really loves her front door, she’s a bit upset her canopy wasn’t replaced but we didn’t really think about that until the last moment hopefully they will be able to do something for her.

I would definitely use them again for future projects.

Fantastic communication from start to finish, rushed my order through as the windows and doors I had when I moved into the house were blown the fitters worked 14hrs straight to complete the job, they were lovely guys and totally through and perfectionist going over and over until the trims were spot on, friendly hardworking men, they didn't leave until almost 1am,
If your going to buy windows and doors I would highly recommend this company 100%

Chris and Jim did a great job with my windows, great pair of guys very polite. They put carpet protector down everywhere they were working, and left no mess at all, they walked me round showing me how to operate the easy clean function, and made sure I was happy with everything. They barely stopped the whole time they were here. Very pleased with my windows and would highly recommend them. Imran who did our quote explained exactly what I would be getting and gave me a time scale which was bang on, he was very approachable and was happy to be contacting at anytime. He did not try and hard sell me he just gave me the facts and left me to decide.

Absolutely superb service 👌 The windows and doors are amazing (probably the best value for money).
The agent ( Imran Omar) who came to do the quote was brilliant, he explained vividly what I'm buying and how the installation will go ahead. He then kept in touch with me throughout the process keeping me updated.

The engineer who came to take the final measurements was amazing explaining what the possible complications can arise and ensuring me that whatever needs to happen will and they will take care of everything.

The fitters (the Brazilian trio) were 💯 on top of their game. Super friendly, with explanations throughout the fitment and demonstration of skills they transformed my house! They left the house and the surroundings clean and tidy, like they've never been here. Leaving only the good feeling of perfectly installed new doors and windows!

Overall my experience with Khalsons Windows and doors was amazing! All staff down to earth, friendly, helpful. Definitely make me feel like they have my back with my project.

Dealt with Khalid initially who was professional, knowledgeable and fair. He prioritised our order after another supplier caused us delay in the wider refurb of our home and Khalid could not have been better in making sure he got everything arranged in amazingly quick time. The installers, Jim and Christopher were polite, professional, friendly and tidied and cleaned up after themselves perfectly. They made almost no mess and caused no dust about the place whilst changing the windows out which from experience is not an easy accomplishment. The end result looks brilliant and I would very much recommend Jim, Christopher and Khalsons to anyone who wants a good product, a fair price and a thoroughly smooth experience.

Perfect Experience!
I first came across Khalsons windows and doors via a billboard in Luton. After speaking with Khalid on the phone and letting him know we would like windows installed promptly due to our newborn arriving in 3-weeks time, Khalid came to our address within the hour and performed general measurements and gave us a quote which we could not say no to for our 11 windows and 2 doors - Khalid even upgraded our window and doors designs to black at a competitive rate.

Khalid is an experienced no pressure salesman who provided us with a rich overview of his products and the step by step service we would expect pre and post installation. From the window surveyor to the installation team, Khalid's communication was second to none.

Moreover, the installation team AKA the Brazilian superstars played an absolute blinder across the two days - who needs Roberto Carlos or Rivaldo when you have Elino, Ronaldo and Elymar who were excellent (you could tell they were all incredibly experienced), most importantly (for my wife), they were really clean throughout the day as well with no dust or rubble in sight. I'd also like to thank Imran as well who was key with pencilling in our installation date within 3 weeks of our initial appointment.

In summary, Khalsons and Windows is highly recommended who have trustworthy people in the right positions to execute excellent customer outcomes. All windows and doors have completely transformed our home and our newborn is settling in well all thanks to Khalson windows delivering on their promise of a super quick installation at the highest quality.

We will certainly be using Khalsons and Windows again for any future projects.
