Great communication and responded quickly to enquires on social media. Delivery was tracked and food was flavourful. Would definitely recommend.

- food was absolutely amazing
- macros are on point for someone who’s into gym and fitness and wanting to attain amazing goals
-easy to eat and saves so much time
- can be used either as pre or post workout meal I recommend pre as it’s nutritionally amazing which helps with endurance and strength
- highly recommend the spicy chicken pasta
- one negative, the chicken strips with chips was below expectation to be honest. Didn’t really enjoy the chips and the chicken was kind of dry but other than that all foods were amazing

Meals are very tasty! We went for the higher protein option so we could have a slightly bigger portion. The jerk chicken one was delicious and a very decent sized portion. Only thing is, I’d like a bit more veg but I can easily add that myself at home….hence the 4 stars or it would be 5! Will definitely order again.

Every meal I ordered tasted great , very well seasoned and very good portion sizes.

It may be important to note that the calorie counts provided may not be entirely accurate. For example, the FL Spicy Chicken Pasta is listed as 459 calories but actually contains 640 calories when entered into MyFitnessPal's quick add feature.

I have noticed discrepancies in the other meals as well, with only one of the twelve meals I've tried coming in under the stated calorie count. I have also found that some meals do not include all the promised ingredients, such as missing salad or vegetables, not enough sauce the curries etc which raises questions about the accuracy of the listed protein and carbohydrate content.

The food is well seasoned and flavorful, and not at all bland. The Jerk Chicken meal is particularly delicious and the packaging is satisfactory. It's definitely worth a try at the discounted price.

Overall, I hope that feedback is taken into consideration to make improvements for the future. While there is potential for the meals to be great, at full cost, they may not be worth the money.

Kung pao chicken smelt horrible and it doesn’t taste that good but the rest of the food so far is amazing especially the biryani and chicken doner

Shipping was poor, a third of the meals were half open in the box and rice was all in the delivery container, alongside an expensive £9 shipping fee poor delivery time. However the food tastes way better than other meal preps I’ve tried and will order again. Hopefully it’ll have better delivery next time.

9/10 food

The food is delicious, I cannot fault it at all however for me personally the meals are small for my activity levels anyway. I had 4 of their meals in one evening. The rest shall get demolished tomorrow haha. I won't be using them regularly, but will definitely try out again.

However the portion size is small.
I received my order on the 5th for a weeks food however the best before date was 8th which made no sense, it’s not possible to consume 10 meals in 2-3 days.
