my experience was terrific and my wife loves the shirts I bought for her. very colorful and comfortable. the shipping took a bit longer than I expected, but I did receive in time for Christmas

SCAMMERS! DO NOT TRUST THIS SITE.
I spent $150 on 3 dresses from this website. The items arrived quickly, however they are of very poor quality. The fabric feels like plastic, it's so synthetic it is unpleasant to wear! It's nothing like their photos.

Their website says "If for some reason you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly help you return your new and unworn item(s)".

This is not true! I contacted them as soon as I received the items, asking to return the items (at my own cost). Their response was that they don't think their dresses are low-quality, therefore will not refund me. Simple as that! They offered me a $8 refund as a compensation... what a joke!

Their clothes were a terrible quality and terrible material. The sizes were way off also. I ordered true to size and they ran very big. The clothes look nothing like the pictures. I was highly disappointed in my order and I tried to return or exchange it and they would not allow it. What a waste of money spent. I do not recommend purchasing from this company. They have terrible customer service. Please spend your money elsewhere.

I give this company 0 stars for anything else! They are scammers and use photos & clothing details off other companies sites. The clothes are made from shower curtain material. YOU CANT RETURN OR GET YOUr MONEY BACK EVEN THOUGH THEIR POLICY SAYS SO. They keep changing their name so please be careful and always check reviews if considering ordering directly from FACEBOOK AND INSTAGRAM. They also use the name LUCKERI. I’ve lost my money and I’m really unhappy 😡😡😡

The photos I saw on Facebook showed what appeared to be a cotton woven type fabric that looked comfortable and breathable. What I received is a cheap, synthetic ’shiny’ fabric that absolutely doesn’t breathe and is not in the least cool or comfortable. What’s more, the quality of the cut and stitching is questionable as well.

These items took SOOOO long to arrive that I really can’t be bothered trying to return them - total waste of money 🤬

I’ve been waiting for weeks for my order. It still hasn’t shipped so I asked to cancel and get a refund. Customer service says I will be charged a 10% cancellation fee! Unheard of!

This is a scam. I ordered two dresses and they were actually OK. The problem was they were completely unsuitable for me and Khith won't take them back. They also arrived with no tags or care instructions and one dress had the size label cut off (that didn't help for the sizing). Do not order from this Company. As its Christmas, and all, I will donate them, but don't think Vinnies will get much for them?

I will not be a repeat customer, nor will i be recommending this company. They charge like they are unique when clearly the garments are generic and made in Chinese factories who distribute under many many company names. Further to that, after following their size guide the bust measurements were way under any they will not honour a refund! Unlawful!!!

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY ITS A TOTAL SCAM. The quality of the product is terrible, the material is thin and shiny polyester which is totally see-through. The dresses do not match the pictures and the sizing is not as described on the website. Therefore neither of the 2 dresses I purchased fit and one of the zips did not work properly. When I emailed to arrange a refund I was told that unless the product was faulty they would not provide a refund (even though one was they didn’t acknowledge this !!). This is not what it states on their website, the website states that if you are not 100% satisfied they will refund. Steer clear of these guys they are selling cheap knock offs and charging high prices for them !!

I bought 4 dresses from Khith - none of them were as advertised. I discovered later they use images from other brands clothing lines (Azura). The material quality is poor and the website is a scam. The delivery also took a long time to arrive

When I asked for a refund and advised I would mail back their dresses they said "We are sorry that our clothes didn't meet your expectation. But we can only accept the return and make the refund for quality problems (for example: holes, stains, missing accessories, etc.). Please allow little difference in size or color."

The positive reviews on here are 100% fake. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY! There is also no option to leave a review after you receive products so not sure where all the positive reviews on their website are from.

The items we ordered were completely see-through and did not look like the images online. Unfortunately they are un-wearable as you can see undergarments underneath even the black material. Customer service is giving us a very difficult time returning the items.

The two dresses that I ordered were described as ''cotton blend''. When they arrived, without tags or fabrics details, I noted instantly that they were a rayon or faux silk, very flimsy materials, and terrible fits. The dresses are not the fabrics promoted or true to style as they appeared on the (faceless) models on the brand's website. I have tried to contact the brand through Facebook Messenger and via emails. I am still seeking a refund but haven't heard back regarding to where I should return the products. Should I not receive an adequate response from Khith, I will be reporting them officially via the Government, to as many websites as I can and via Social Media.

It is see-through and totally useless. The the front side of the dress I received looks the same as the picture in the website but the back of it is see-through and totally different from the photo on the website. I contacted their customer service to return it but they replied I should allow a little color and size difference. It is SEE-THROUGH and means people will see my body if I wear it. It is not a little difference, it is a lie.

I ordered 2 dresses and 1 top, I probably could have gone a size smaller, but prefer loose for Summer. Well made and very happy. Looks exactly like the pictures.

Fabric is totally different to what is shown in the pictures. Cheap, tacky, badly made. None of those positive reviews can be genuine. The price they charge fools you into thinking they would be a quality made item but no. Waste of money and I am still trying to get a response to get a refund.

This brand is a fraud. They charged me for purchase immediately, which said 7-10 day shipping. Then it took over 2 months for them to ship. I contacted Khith customer service over three times in an attempt to cancel the order and they did not answer until the day they created a shipping label. They claimed the order had shipped and it was too late to cancel. However the tracking information clearly said it had not yet shipped. It took another 4 weeks for the package to ship after the label was created. Yet Khith customer service continued to refuse to cancel my order. So over 2 months later I received a bunch of summer clothes that I can't wear.

I am making contact with you, the 'customer service' to get a return/exchange authorization and return address since you 'don't accept the returned package without authorized from customer service'.

I would like to return my order due to it having particularly large 'quality problem' It is ill fitting and completely different to the images on your website. Also some damage.

The 'quality problem' is that the product is of extremely poor quality.
- The material is appalling and not the same as shown in the images online.
- The fit is ridiculous and was clearly not designed to fit a human being.

Your policies are highly unusual, with regards to returns and not at all inline with most web based fashion retailers and it is now apparent as to why; The products you offer are of such low standard that most people would return them upon receiving them.
Your business is clearly based on the model and hope that most people would not be bothered with the effort and fight involved in seeking a refund. I however, am not one of these people and as mentioned, I will be happy to post plenty of negative reviews in order to reveal the true nature of your business, should you not comply with my refund request.

The notion that I am able to demonstrate the appalling quality of these garments by photo is laughable. Furthermore, nowhere in your returns policy does it state that photos must be provided before a refund will be considered.

It is not possible to capture the 'plastic bag like quality' of the fabric this company has regurgitated from China through photographic evidence. Nor is it possible to reproduce the feeling of the blood to your armpits being cut off due to the impish size of the arm holes.
The cut of the neckline on the 'Elegant Short Sleeve Ultra Soft Split Flowing Basic Maxi' in no way resembles the images found on Khith. Nor is it 'flowing'. The fabric is akin to sandpaper and looks as though the model used (again laughable to even consider that a human being was actually used as a model for this dress pattern) was in fact an equilateral triangle.

Also some damage.

In short, I am unable to provide photos. I still maintain that there are quality problems and as per your policy you will (only) accept return requests when there is a quality problem.

I will still be seeking a refund. Please advise an address and appropriate refund authorisation form.

If you do not grant me a refund I will be (loudly) publicising honest, extreme negative feedback and exposure of your already questionable reputation through social media and this website (redacted). In addition I have also found several other complainants who will be more than happy to collectively seek further action and inflict considerable damage to your potential sales.

The material is not breezable, sweaty fillings. But design is excellent!
