This is the worst clothing website I’ve ever dealt with. Once you pay, don’t expect any proper service. Their return process is absolutely awful, and they charge you fees both on delivery and for returning items

The order was shipped within the expected timeframe; however, due to a delay that was not communicated to us, the package arrived after the 14-day limit. As per our procedure, our warehouse automatically refuses deliveries that exceed this timeframe.
Additionally, upon delivery, extra charges were requested (as applicable for certain shipments), which contributed to the refusal of the package. Had we been informed in advance about the delay, we would have done our best to find an alternative solution. We always strive to support our customers and resolve any issues, but in this case, we did not receive any prior communication.

Delivery company they are using is FedEx, had to pay +37€ and waited for my delivery over 10 days. In EU. Wouldn’t buy anything again.
