I fell for the 'too good to be true'…
I fell for the 'too good to be true' offer for Birkenstocks "Arizona Suede Leather Sandals in Mink" I called the "Disputes Team" at my Bank and they gave me some good advice. If the goods are received within 30 days from the date of the order and are suspected to be counterfeit goods, then I will have this suspicion confirmed (in writing) by either Birkenstock or a Birkenstock reseller as evidence of fraud. Alternatively, If the goods do not arrive within 30 days, then under UK law that is considered fraud "Goods and Services not received" Either way I will not loose £54.95 to Kibertan.com
Fraudulent website
Fraudulent website. They are not selling genuine items and they are not based in the UK. Their shop address is actually a branch of Superdrug. Ordered from them before they had been reviewed on Trustpilot, but be warned, if you think it’s too good to be true, it is.
Its a scam!
Its a scam! for sure.. Just discovered that this company just recently put their company out there base on the reviews here. I reported the fraudulent transaction to Barclays on the 28th of August exactly the reviews came out.

Fake Hokas from China
Fake items and fraudulent business
Fake items and fraudulent business. This company is just a re-hash of Gainlier, of which my bank is still dealing with in order to get a refund. Avoid at all costs
***Scam Website***
Fake items, known scammers operating under several different names and websites.
Avoid.
You have been warned.
Do not trust! Scammers!
Do not trust! Scammers! This company is a rehash of Gainlier & they’re not to be trusted. If you order from this company, you will receive counterfeit goods & they will not reply to your return requests. I used Gainlier & they’re uncontactable. If you want confirmation of this company’s dodginess, try calling their number - 0808 502 2933, they will not answer. Their company address is listed as 12 High Street, Marlow, SL7 1AW which is a Superdrug store! AVOID!!
AVOID GAINLIER AND KIBERTAN
Stupidly didn’t research before purchasing. I asked why my items were being sent from China as the website stated they were London based, I was ‘reassured’ that items are genuine - I don’t think Birkenstock even ship from China ever. They are using Birkenstock stock photos for items that don’t even try to look like Birkenstocks. Multiple emails with Sophia, constantly promised a returns label. Now the emails are undeliverable. They appear to be trading under Kibertan now. I noticed the items I purchased are no longer on Gainlier but identical is on Kibertan. I have requested a refund through my bank and hoping it’ll be successful.
