Ordered a back pack, they sent wrong colour and to be honest the backpack looked and felt like a cheap imitation item. I returned it in original packaging with returns address supplied by this company attached to package and returns info inside also. I’m still waiting for a refund after contacting them numerous times and supplying them with returns info they requested. This company is diabolical. I would never order from them again. They now have my money and the returned item. Thieves and cowboys

Awful. I ordered walking sandals. which didn't look as robust as my previous pair, and the strap broke on first wearing. I then was asked for a photo, which I provided, and then for details of the order. All I had been sent was a record of the delivery, which apparently did not contain the right number. In spite of their having my address, payment, and payment details, they are asking repeatedly for an order number I do not have. I am still waiting for some recompense.

I ordered a Slazenger Academy tennis balls bucket and received balls of very low quality, I wrote them and sent photos and video of the Slazenger tennis balls asking for a solution and a lady called Eva replied saying that she forwarded my request to the Sports Direct customer service department...No solution at all, I paid £65,00 for the balls and £20,00 of taxes to get a bad quality balls, not for coaching tennis, even dogs refuse to use these balls...Shame on Kickback Sports, very disappointed with their unprofessional behaviour.

bought two shirts online,via Ebay, both wrongly labelled being a size too small, sent two messages and cover note explaining would like an exchange with measurements required, totally ignored by C/S and part refund given, I requested a full refund as items not as advertised, they refused saying it was unwanted item and no refund.when I pointed out the messages I had sent this was also ignored and they repeated parrot fashion,I have sent a good 10 messages and you might as well talk to a brick wall, C/S are absolute rubbish, no wonder they get dozens of negative reviews,I would not recommend this company,I normally buy from Amazon, never had a problem with them, lesson learnt

Ordered before reading the reviews so obviously panicked when I saw these.
I can honestly say there service has been wonderful. I ordered some school shoes for my son via eBay and they came in 48 hours, were in perfect condition and were a bargain. I felt compelled to give a good review after all the shocking ones. Maybe they were going through a bad patch but my experience has been very positive.

I Bought a pair of Lee Cooper high top trainers form Kickback Sports eBay store. The came damaged. They offered me a 20% refund and keep the trainers. Trainers you can't lace up are not fit for purpose. I asked for an exchange. They sent me a returns label with Hermes. Since posting the parcel has disappeared. And they are no longer responding to messages on eBay. They were a Christmas present for my son. Hopefully eBay can help. Avoid this company.

Used this company to buy an item from Amazon. It was the wrong size so I returned it via Hermes Parcelshop using labels they had supplied. I had the postage receipts and Hermes are adamant the tracking shows it left their hub 2 months ago. Kicksport are insisting it has not been returned and will do nothing about it as Hermes supplied the labels. They won’t even contact Hermes about this. Meanwhile I am missing out on my £30 refund. Their customer service leaves a lot to be desired. They are happy to take your money but not happy to chase up parcels which have been delivered to them. Will never use again.

absolute joke of a company.sold me damaged goods. the item was clearly off the display shelf pre worn. trying to get a refund is hard work even after i proved the item had been delivered.

We purchased some trainers from KickBackSports via Amazon and received shoes which were covered in rat/mice droppings and urin.

After contacting KickBackSports and sending photos of the shoes, we didn't receive much of an apology, only the link to a return label with the note that we will receive a refund once we have returned the shoes.

We contacted Amazon who, quite on the contrary, offered their help right away, and even sent a £5 voucher as an apology for the bad service of one of their sellers.

Today, we received another automated message, offering us to return the shoes - no apology, no immediate refund.

I guess we will use the Amazon voucher to order replacement trainers from a reputable seller.

Honestly the worst shopping experience that I can remember and certainly the worst on eBay in fifteen years.
I ordered a Cressi snorkelling mask set from Kickback Sports on eBay. What they sent was a Gul set but in a Cressi bag. Upon contacting them they demanded photos of the 'problem' which I supplied through the eBay return form. They said they didn't receive the images, so I sent them again, both sets clearly visible on the form. They continued in this manner until I contacted eBay customer support who assured me that they had been successfully uploaded. Maybe the initial mis-packaging was a genuine mistake on their part but the subsequent handling was outrageous, they either lied to me repeatedly about the images I sent or they are totally incompetent and belligerent. EBay customer support provided me with the return postage label and refunded me the money, had they not I would probably still be going around in circles uploading images that they say they cannot see. At no point were the staff interested in helping get the problem sorted or take any sort of responsibility for their mistake. I truly cannot believe that these people are being allowed to trade on eBay. They will rip you off if they can get away with it. Avoid like the plague.

Worst experience ever. Ordered a 6ft table tennis table. It didnt arrive. Kickback told me it had been posted through my letterbox! The email exchanges with the company are unhelpful, and slow. I have no idea whether I will get the product I ordered or not. Judging by the other reviews on here (which I wish I had read or been more prominantly signposted to before my order) if I do get it there's a good chance it will be defective and I will have to fight for a refund. This organisation just shouldn't be part of the Amazon marketplace

Ordered a rugby training top. Was sent an England hoodie???! Raised an issue with ebay. Returned item. The whole process to get a refund takes 7 weeks!
This company tried to change the advert on eBay to make out it was my fault. Luckily, I had a screenshot of the original order. This company seems to be related to Sports direct. Avoid them both!

I was sent a table tennis table that was warped and part of order missing still after 5 weeks. Have sent photos of the defective table twice as requested, just passed from one dept to another, not listening to me or replying to legitimate concerns. They are selling on Amazon marketplace but appallingly bad service and contradictory feedback.

Bought a Kangol suitcase from these people on Amazon. The case arrived damaged (badly ripped) in undamaged packaging. The customer service emails took several attempts for them to accept responsibility. I made phone calls. They sent me return labels so I had to drag the case for up to a mile from my house as they want to charge me to return it to Kickback Sports otherwise. Then despite 2 attempts the labels they sent me are not acceptable for their Hermes drop off points. The case might have been ok and cheap but clearly was easily damaged (the fake leather arrived ripped). The price tag on the case (it was posted with it on) was 30% LOWER than the price I paid - some 20% if you allow for postage. The customer service experience has been terrible for me.

If I could I wouldn’t give them any stars but you have to click @ least 1 to do this review. This company is operating but not following procedures. Their customer service is e-mail only & the customer has to advise the advisors of what to do. They operate via eBay & Amazon & personally I think these websites should stop using them. Kickback Sports train your staff in customer services skills & what needs to be done when items are returned instead of having the customer run around. Empower your staff by training them, that’s if your computer system is up to the job!!

Really poor products and customer service.

I bought a pair of skates. I used them twice and my feet are close to bleading to the point you can barely walk after using them.
There is this pointy thing on the inside of them that stabs the inside part of your feet.

I emailed KickbackSports over and over and they would not take any responsibility over this item nor would take interest in the hazardous conditions of the product.

This is shameful and one should never buy from then ever.

I wish I had read the reviews on trust pilot before buying an item from KickBack Sports via Amazon. After receiving a damaged item from them initially, I returned it and this company then refused to refund or replace the item and used delaying tactics every time I contacted them. There is no phone number through which to contact them. After a full month of emails, I eventually resorted to barraging them with several emails a day, got Amazon and the delivery company involved and made such a pest ofmyself that they refunded me. I’m firmly convinced that had I not been so persistent they would never have refunded me and from reading the other reviews this appears to be the standard policy for this company.
My advice.......don’t use them!

I bought a pair of Kickback sports shoes on Amazon. They sent the wrong size I sent them back and they refused to reimburse the postage. That was my first mistake. The second stupid mistake was reordering another pair. They sent the wrong size again. I tried to phone the customer service number that just cuts you off without a chance to talk to someone. My email correspondence with them is just as bad As they parrot something about taking a photo. A really bad company that does not respect even basic consumer rights.

I ordered something from them which they delivered when they said they would. However, the item was too small as it didn't conform with usual sizes. On the website it says Mens, Womens, so I didn't know whether to order a M or a L. I ordered a M which was too small. I paid £5 postage. I wanted the item so I ordered a L thinking I'd have no problem returning the item and getting a refund. They said I'd have to pay for the return postage myself. I paid for the initial postage, then for the second item and now I have to pay to return the original item too! They are totally unprofessional and I would say to anyone to stay away from them whatever the circumstances. I wish I'd checked their reviews first.
