I ordered a pair of £240 trainers on the 8th Dec for my daughters main Xmas present on the 18th I get an email from PayPal saying the money is being refunded. No email from the company apologising or explaining why! It left it too late for me to order them from anywhere else and still I’m having to wait for the money to be back in my bank account(29th Dec). Awful service and will never use this company again!!
