Finally paid me
Edit: Kickr restricted my account for over a month during which I could not redeem my money and they were not responding. Eventually, they paid me out. Hopefully they fix their communication so this does not happen to others.

Massive Headache
All was going well, won some money and verification was simple and easy! I made two redemptions, one for $200 on 12/14 and one for $500 on 12/16. The $200 redemption hit my account within a day or 2 and all was good! I waited a few more days but the $500 never went in. I contacted Kickr and they told me to reach out to MassPay (the money people I guess). MassPay was very responsive and told me the issue and told me to have Kickr reset the transaction and start it again. I’ve been reaching out to Kickr Support for about a week and they just quit responding. I’d love to keep playing but it’s just feeling fishy at this point. I’ll update/edit this pending results!

I'm confused about all the bad reviews.... The game selection isn't the best but definitely not the worst. Verification was simple and am currently waiting on my first redemption, will update after. My only suggestion would be to do away with the set redemption amounts as you expand and add more games
