Kicksday.no advertises original Hoka shoes but sent fakes from Hongkong. Shoes cames with poor stitching and insoles of poor quality unlike original Hoka shoes. When this was pointed out to them in an email demanding return and refund, they maintained that they had sent the right product because in the fine prints existing elsewhere in their website, it is printed that they are sending items according to their version and not original. This is unlawful since they are using original brand name to sell their products. In order to accept the return of the fakes, they demanded 900kr in return charges per pair of shoes purchased. They even try to discourage you from returning and encourage you to sell the fake on Finn.no instead.

I was also expected to pay toll for 2 separate deliveries of fake Hokas instead of one as they have to be sent from different warehouse from HongKong.

Jeg har bestilte to hoka sko and it was fake the smell of the glue is too bad and the material they used are obviously fake. I paid too much for fake shoes and after few weeks I get a bill of toll. I would give zero star if possible this company is a fraud the product is fake coming from china and its you who will pay for the toll and importmoms. I am very disappointed Kicksday.no is a fraud and scam!

Beware - Fraudulent Seller and Poor Customer Service

I placed an order for a pair of shoes on [13/04/2025 ], and to date, I have not received the item. The tracking number provided shows that the package is stuck in Guangzhou, and no updates have been made for weeks. I have tried to contact customer service multiple times, but there has been no response.

After investigating, I realized that the website I ordered from appeared to be a scam. The seller has not provided proof of the authenticity of the product and has failed to address my concerns or requests for a refund. I have already filed a dispute claim with my bank and contacted Finansklagenemnda to pursue a refund.

This seller is clearly not legitimate, and I highly recommend avoiding purchasing from them. They are not trustworthy, and you may end up losing your money without receiving the goods. I will be reporting this case to authorities if necessary.

Do yourself a favor and do not order from here.

I ordered new balance shoes from this company, it went 7 days and still havent got any confirmation that my order is sent, the I started to send them mails both via the webside and to the email adress I found on it, I’ve sent them 10 mails and got the answer maybe 3 days later in the middle of the nigvt whats my order number, but my email was registered on the web when I bought the product so they should have it, I sent them the order number and just asked not to sendt the order but refund what I paid because I see that their site is just a scam, then I got the answer maybe a day later with my tracking number , as if I asked for that I just wanted a refund!!! I send them more mails explaining situation, no answers? I got the package a week later and opened but shoes smelled bad plastic and didnt seem like new balance shoes that i had in same model just another color, they’re totaly FAKE. I send them mail and asked for refund because I didnt wanted them and tried to cancel the order, but then the answer again was whats my order number, i got pissed but still tried to participate but the answer i got that its gonna cost me alot to return the product so its better for me to try to sell it.I got told that it will cost me about 70- 90dollars to return the shoes to them… it was almost the same I bought them for… i just have no words about this SCAM company. I’ve never got scammed before and that was really not a good experience.

Kicksday.no gets a mixed review from me. The shoes are of good quality and comfortable, which is a plus, but the long shipping time from Malaysia or China was frustrating, and there were extra customs fees. While some products met expectations, there were issues like mislabeled items and questionable tags. Overall, a decent experience but with a few significant drawbacks.

Shoes ships from Malaysia and need to pay extra for customs. The product says adidos instead of adidas. The company also uses StockX tags. I contacted StockX and they confirmed that the tags are not theirs.

I love the shoes. Took a long time but the wait was worth it! Their were not fake, i checked them. I will for sure use this site more often
