Great Service - even for refunds!
Needed to replace a pair of Nike Versatile II's and heard good things about these folks. Order arrived within less than 48 hours but unfortunately it turned out that the replacements didnt quite cope with my wide feet.
Posted them back for a refund on Thursday- Refund in bank account on Friday - cant rate Kicks Worldwide highly enough for their quality customer service.

I had an order which was out of stock…
I had an order which was out of stock and I was notified right away that these should have been taken out of stock. My money was refunded instantly. I was then given a discount on my next purchase which I used the same day. However these arrived and were too small. The returns process was extremely easy and quick. The what's app chat function is really good and all my messages were answered quickly and politely. One of the best companies I have ever had to deal with and will definitely use again. Highly recommended.
