Thieves

Never received my item, never received a refund and despite emails, phone calls, IG messages I’ve had very little contact from them.

Order was over 2 months ago and they’ve basically stolen my money.

Don't order if you're based in the UK

Don't order if you're based in the UK.
Returned item as their instructions requested. Never got the refund and found out them item is being sent back to me. No coms via website portal or email. Avoid at all costs. Bargains aren't what they appear to be.

Also advertise a 4star truspilot rating on their site when you can see om here it is only 1 star.

Absolutely shocking

Absolutely shocking, I placed an order for almost £400 which was returned, almost 2 months later still no refund and they do not reply to emails or phone calls. They scam customers, because they are based in Germany they think they can get away with robbing people. I got my credit card provider and bank involved now.

Very Poor Customer Service.

Very poor customer service, my son ordered a bag in August and it did not arrive, he has since tried many times to get communication from this company, it can take a week for them to reply by email, he was eventually told the bag was not shipped and the order cancelled. He then enquired about a refund to which they did not reply at all, I then stepped in to chase the refund, it took them 3 months to confirm that the money was also not taken, 3 months of emailing back and forth and chasing for them confirm! They only actually looked into the matter properly after I left a bad review in November. Very poor and a complete waste of everyones time.

Ordered Hoka’s 6/20/23

Ordered Hoka’s 6/20/23, site indicates 10-20 days for delivery, payment completed through PayPal. It’s now 8/1, no response to emails and no merchandise. Next report to BBB on total SCAM!!!!

Avoid at all costs!!

Absolute horrible customer service! Zero response from chats and email and refuse to provide contact number. I placed an order 5 days ago and still no order confirmation email, no tracking number, transaction payment still pending, now the sneaker I wanted is sold out! Horrible, avoid at all costs!!

DONT DEAL WITH THIS STORE - SHOCKING LACK OF SERVICE!

Bought some trainers from Kickz. Poor communication about delivery, but it's the returns process that really takes the biscuit. Website wouldn't generate a returns form (despite several attempts over 2 days), so I've spent the last 9 days emailing Kickz, also tried WhatsApp and Instagram...NOTHING, NO RESPONSE AT ALL.
So, I'm stuck with a pair of trainers that don't fit. Appalling lack of service and appalling way to treat customers...THANKS FOR NOTHING KICKZ.

Honestly do not order from these…

Honestly do not order from these scammers ever !! They sent me the wrong size and are refusing to answer my emails, they don’t help on phone and ignoring me on social media. So I’ve been robbed of nearly £100. Utterly disgusted.

no updates
no communication from the business
Royal Mail tracker was never updated for 3 months !

I think this is a full on scam they just try their luck hooding people forget they have ordered the trainers!

I can’t seem to find any genuine reviews saying they have actually had goods

Need to be reported to trading standards

My experience was a very good one

I ordered some new basketball shoes from the site and afterwards I came to this website and and another to look at the reviews and they weren't great so to say that I was worried was an understatement. when you order internationally there's always a bit of a gamble but even though people have had their bad experiences and have shared them on this site I cannot praise the website and it's processes enough. I placed the order and got the confirmation and then received an email couple of days later I didn't get anything else in regards to shipment date or arrival date so I emailed them and they emailed back to me very promptly and then the day after I got an email with all the details that I need for the order and all I had to do was wait for UPS to deliver.
I can only speak for myself and not other people but I was very happy with my experience with the website and through this experience would use them again and feel confident that I would receive the same very good service that I have already from my first order from them so it's a shame they have not got possibly the greatest reviews and in all honesty this is the first time I've ever put something on here about a company but I had no problems with them whatsoever and felt like it was the right thing to do to praise them on it.

I bought some trainers on Sunday

I bought some trainers on Sunday. Then after reading some terrible reviews about shipping and the goods even arriving, so I slightly panicked and messaged them Monday to refund the money and not send the goods. Now Tuesday I have the money back already! I think the trouble is Brexit not the company.

Do you not order from Kickz.co.uk or .com!

One and only time I ordered some items from kickz... 10 weeks later the goods have not arrived and I have not been given my money back or recieved the items. I have called and emailed a number of times for an update on when I can receive the items or a refund but they never update me or returns my call or emails. The rare time I can get through to them they tell me I just have to wait or that the person dealing with my investigation is ill (this person has been ill for over a week now). They are very rude when they do answer phone and don’t seem to think there is an issue... they don’t seem to have any issue with me not receiving my goods after 10 weeks or having £170 of my money. I am told I still have to wait another week or two until the woman dealing with my situation is back in the office. They also seem to get irate by the fact I very understandably want a proper update. Tuan and Julia ( I think?!) are the two people I dealt with in their call centre and are very unhelpful. Awful customer service, it I could give them less than one star I would. DO NO ORDER FROM THEM!

Ordered my sons birthday present on…

Ordered my sons birthday present on 12th Feb- they use UPS and the item is stuck in UPS HUB in Germany on 13th Feb and as not moved!!! you cannot get a straight answer from either party...i have asked for my money back and received an email you will get "money when we get money"? lucky i purchased on my credit card and will get my refund...this company should not be trading, and using UPS even though they were aware that they could not deliver is a joke..they take your money and don't deliver...this a SCAM, please note those praising are old posts...this company as gone under or is going under...the worse shopping experience online...ps what's the point of having UK base when they are just as bad..i would not even give them 1 star.!!!!- even if i send this review asked to send it to the UK postal address!....customer service is so poor, it is like dealing with a shop keeper from 1950s..apprently they are always right and customer is wrong...email responses make no sense, language is a problem...getting the feeling that they have not paid staff so the staff are venting back at customers!!!

The products offered online are great but be aware that they are in Germany. With brexit and covid this makes the whole delivery process complicated. So if you are buying from here be aware of this.

They use UPS as their courier for delivery and therefore, you cannot actually cancel an order with Kickz. They send their delivery in standard so there is no option to cancel the order and you will need to wait for the delivery to reach your doorstep and refuse delivery for which both UPS and Kickz have confirmed. The time period for the whole refund process probably takes between 2 to 4 weeks (hopefully as I am still waiting for mine). This is a hindrance as you need to play the waiting game for delivery, resend etc.

If the product is faulty or you have the wrong size you need to cover your return costs i.e. Shipping, tracking etc. Again, not customer centric.

It's a great online site with great products but the whole shopping and delivery process is not customer friendly. Such a shame as the company appears to have great potential only to have a terrible service. You're better of sticking with Offspring, footlocker, footpatrol, size etc. UK based brands if you want to guarantee customer satisfaction.

You'll be 'kicking' yourself from purchasing here. Stay away.
