Disappointing experience with KICKZ customer service.
I purchased a pair of basketball shoes for my son, who has been playing basketball for more than 8 years and has used many different basketball shoe models without any issues. Unfortunately, this pair is extremely slippery and unsafe to play in.
After only a few minutes on the court he had to stop using them because he almost fell due to the lack of grip. We contacted KICKZ and returned the shoes for inspection.
Despite explaining that the shoes cannot be used safely for basketball, the company rejected our claim and stated that the product meets their standards.
It is very disappointing when a company specialized in basketball products does not stand behind the safety and usability of the items they sell.
I hope KICKZ reconsiders cases like this in the future and provides better support to its customers.
