Just wanted to say massive thank you to the lovely staff in kid-eco shop! Firstly what an amazing shop so beautiful organised with such beautiful items and at such great prices which then goes into families that need help. They also have a lovely sofplay clean and safe inside! Just such a good idea and overall such a lovely thing to do. I don’t live nearby but I will definitely go to lakeside more simply to visit this lovely shop and staff! Thanks again everyone x

My delivery was massively delayed, and when it was delivered eventually, the cardboard box was left out in the rain and is completely ruined. I have not heard back from the sales team and will be escalating.

Unfortunately, the igloo arrived after 15 days, not the listed 3-5.

Please avoid! It Started off great, got confirmation email of purchase and then 2 days later an email saying it was shipped. However, no information, links or live tracking for the delivery and have no idea who it was dispatched with as we still haven't received our order and its nearly 2 weeks. No phone number on website to call only a "contact" filling in form. Had no response from the online form on their Web page or from emails I've sent to their sales team. I'm going to have to call my credit card conoany to see if I can get my money back through them as i think it's a bogus company! No address or phone number.

Very slow delivery. As I write the item has not even been delivered and the party that it was for has already happened. I emailed to try to get an update on my order and had zero response. Very unhappy with the service. I ordered a week before the event. The fact that you can’t really contact the company either is very frustrating.

NOT DELIVERED!!!

Ordered 10 days ago and still not received. The estimated delivery was 13th September 2024 and it is now 19th September 2024 and I haven’t heard anything.

I have now sent the company two messages but have not received any response! Very disappointed.

Have not received the order and it’s been 4 weeks, contacted the company but heard nothing

Advertised delivery window is completely false - website states 3-5 days, 10 days later the order status is still 'ready to ship'. Would recommend steering well clear of this company.

I have emailed this company three times to find my missing parcel but still no response. I hoped for better given that this company looks like such a nice one!

Competitive price, quick delivery

Item ordered for Christmas two weeks ago,no updates,no tracking,contacted company twice and no response.No Idea what is happening.

It’s been 11 days so far since I made the order online. I imagined it would . And it’s been stuck on “on its way to depot” for at least 5 of those days. Not sure why it took so longer to make it to the delivery depot.

It will now not arrive in time for my daughters party so I will have to return and buy another alternative. I also emailed to ask about delivery and have had zero response. Not fantastic customer service. Wouldn’t use this company again.

Princess castle is great, bought for grand children in mind. Please remember this is made of cardboard & comes in cardboard packaging so you have to be in when delivered or the delivery company will just leave it out in the rain as in my case, but luckily the rain had stopped and only the bottom of packaging was wet when I brought it in before it started to rain again.5 stars for the castle but 0 stars for the delivery company/driver.
