I ordered some products from them. I only received a portion of my order. I emailed multiple times and called customer service regarding the missing product and never received a response. They haven’t refunded or sent me the missing product. Do not trust this company

My wife and I ordered from this company and received the wrong order. We’ve tried calling and emailing the customer service line but no response. It’s been almost 2 weeks with no response. Spent almost 100 dollars on our order to receive different types of crayons no where near the price we paid. I plan on filing a claim with the bank to get my money back and report the company the the BBB.

Bought two kits for my granddaughters and they loved them. The oldest granddaughter loves the Nature kit and they both enjoy the craft kit. Will certainly purchase more different ones in the future.

Kid Made Modern products are exciting, fun, visually bright and inspiring for my two kids (7 and 5 yo)! The Trading Card Kit was a big hit and kept the kids busy for a long period of time and enabled them to come up with creative ideas.

Great customer service, love what this company promotes and shares

The items in the sets I ordered are amazing! My kid plays with it every day. She even learned how to use the glue gun responsibly. It’s a million times better than staring at her iPad. Her imagination is stronger than ever and she is having so much fun. The Ultimate craft set is the most awesome set I have ever seen. Way better than the stuff at craft stores.

You have been very responsive to my problem with the birthday present that did not arrive for my granddaughter. You had it resent to my address rather than the original mailing address and it arrived after quite a delay (because of availability, I believe) and I appreciate your attention to the matter and the updates you provided along the way. My family is now staying with me and Maya will be opening her gift this weekend. I know she will be happy with this collection of craft ideas and supplies - it looks wonderful and thank you for seeing this order through. The challenges of these crazy times are trying to say the least and you have done an excellent job of making things right.

The holes in these beads are too small for the string. As an extremely coordinated adult, I can’t get half the beads strung no matter what I do. The elastic cords unravel completely. And then the instructions require double-threading tiny beads to make the necklaces pictured, which is physically impossible given their size. My daughter cried and cried and cried that we can’t make the projects on the sheet. What a poor quality kit. Don’t buy it if you actually want to be able to make what’s pictured.

The craft kits are a huge kit in our house. My two boys especially love the trading card kit & have designed their own pokemon.
