Ordered 2 items on 10/6/2018. I received a tracking number that never went beyond "Tracking number created, item not received." 2 weeks after being told items were on their way I received an email asking for a review. I wrote 2 separate emails over the next week and never received a response. I finally had to file a dispute through PayPal, they still didn't respond. Upped the dispute to a complaint and as per the previous responses they never even bothered responding to PayPal. Thankfully, PayPal refunded my money. It's Dec 5 and still no product and no responses from KidNappy. Don't waste your time, money or frustration. And if you still choose to order from them.. Use PayPal, at least then you can get a refund since they never bother responding to emails (which is the only way to contact them...)

Terrible site- do not buy anything from this company! Purchased item 10/16 that was promised to be here by Halloween. E-mailed several times throughout week & no response. Item arrived 11/5 & have no use for it now. There's no phone number to contact anyone either.

Exactly as Pictured and absolutely loved it! Just wish the tracking was a bit better!

Came pretty fast just wish the tracking info was better but loved the outfit can’t wait till baby is born because that will most likely be the first outfit that baby ever wears:)

I was hesitant about this site at first because of the low prices and there wasn’t any information about the fabric type or where the product was coming from, but I love it!! The material is pretty thin but it seems like it will still be comfortable for the baby. It looks just like it did in the picture, and it came way sooner than expected. After checking the tracking information on the USPS site I finally found out it was coming from China, and it ended up taking 10 days for them to get it here to United States which isn’t that bad. The only things I didn’t like is that it comes with no tags on it but I can live with that.. I don’t believe you can put this in the dryer, it says “air dry” so I’m assuming it would be ruined if it was thrown in the dryer

I was about to purchase literally 4 rompers from a different online baby clothing boutique, when I came across an ad from KidNappy displaying the same one I had just added to my shopping cart. The same romper, but 3 times less expensive than the other place! All of the pieces I was buying cost at least 2 to 3 times more than KidNappy’s prices. I was able to purchase all 5 outfits here, that cost less to buy than only 2 outfits at the other store.
They are just adorable and perfect for summer!

I placed an order 7 days ago, it still has not been delivered. There is no number to call and nobody responds to my emails. The tracking system does not work!

Initially I ordered 3 of the same outfit by mistake. Stacey was quick in handling things and provided me refund for 2 rompers I ordered by mistake. The refund was processed in 3 minutes.

When the products arrived, I was very very happy with the quality of the clothes. Very soft for my baby. I'd love to upload pics here, but I don't think that this platform has that option. Anyway, I love the products and will ordering a lot more from kidnappy

My experience with kidnappy was great. Bought a few rompers and a tutu gown for my baby. Order arrived in 10 days. Extremely happy with the quality of the clothes and the price. Some stores sell these same outfits for twice the cost. Overall, a very happy experience.
