Like so many others, ordered Christmas pajamas in Oct and rec’d in January. Company says they are not responsible.

I ordered Christmas Pajamas for my niece and baby it was her first Christmas back in October and I never received the pajamas and it's now the end of January I was told back in November that they were in New Jersey and now today they gave me a whole new tracking number and said they are in transit in China how bogus is that a fraud just scamming people out of money during the holiday time took my money but never received my pajamas and my niece was here visiting from out of state I planned for them to take professional pictures together for my daughter's 1st Christmas in their matching pajamas.

I ordered matching Christmas pajamas at the beginning of Nov. when they still hadn’t arrived at the beginning of Jan. I contacted the company. They kept giving me different tracking numbers with different information. I contacted my bank to get my money back and then the pajamas arrived a couple days later. Quality is poor and they don’t even match. One set is a much darker shade of red. I’ve contacted the company again to see if I can get a replacement and they haven’t responded to my attempts to contact them. Do not buy from them.

Ordered pajamas in october, pakage stuck in Indiana from france. Contacted robot customer service no help ! Never received my order and requested a refund from pay pal. Do not order scam

This site is a complete scam. I ordered 13 pairs of personalized Christmas pajamas for my nieces and nephews for almost $300 and they refuse to refund my money even though I have no doubt they never shipped it. It has been almost 2 months. DO NOT USE THIS SITE!

Got fantastic kids' clothes at a steal. Great seller, fast delivery. My kids loved the vibrant colors and soft materials.

I ordered pajamas for my four grandchildren on October 5. My credit card was charged on Oct. 15 for an amount more than I was charged. I tried tracking and was successful a couple times, but then I couldn't get any info. I then a message in November asking if I would receive them by Christmas. I was told that they were shipped. I send another message stating I did not want them if they were not at my house on time. I received them on January 2 after my family had returned home. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!!!!

I ordered Pajamas for all my grandchildren on November 11, 2023 and have not received them. The tracking numbers - two of them by the way have stopped December 9, 2023. When I emailed I receive an email back from China in Chinese nonetheless! I contacted the Credit Card company I used and they are going to go through the fraud process for me - PLEASE DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE PEOPLE OR THIS WEBSITE - AWFUL!

I never received my shipment, and they never processed a refund.

Ordered supposedly in time for xmas NOT. two different tracking numbers were given im going to fight this one spent too much money

I ordered in Mid October. It's obviously a huge scam. The tracking number kept saying in route from Utah but never came. Now if I click the tracking number I get a online phrase but the rest of the page is empty. Learned my lesson. Just wish I knew who to report this scam Too.

Worst company ever!! They are a complete scam ordered gifts in October they never came for my kids.

Ordered the Christmas Pajamas before the deadline they had listed in the beginning of November for all the kids in our extended family. Still have not received them. First tracking number showed them coming from Italy and at the end of Nov it showed them in Ogden, UT, but it stopped moving. I reached out to their customer service and finally was able to get someone to email me back and they sent a new tracking number which now shows shipping from China and does not provide any other info. After googling and checking their fb page I have seen this has happened to many other people so I am sure it was a scam. I've reported to fb. I should have checked before buying shame on me since their fb page was just opened in July 2023. I will be disputing the charges with my credit card to see if I can get the $200 back that I spent.
