Despicable scammers

Like many others here, placed an order in July & come October still waiting. Absolutely disgusting of this company to use a parents protective nature to scam them. Horribly upsetting for the kids waiting on their character masks. Avoid like Covid!!!

worst company ever

I ordered 2 Spider-Man face masks back in June for my children. The order never arrived and when I contacted them I got the response of delays depending on my order. So as it had been over the delayed time I responded and said it was over my expected delivery date and asked where the masks were. I never received a response and after 3 more emails I still never heard anything back. I asked for a refund and got no response. With all this messing about I then had to spend more money ordering different face masks for my children from another company and guess what they arrived really quick. NEVER AGAIN would I use a company like this absolutely waste of space

Placed an order with this company on…

Placed an order with this company on the 31st May 2020, and as of yet STILL haven't received my order, they ignore your emails, and have now turned their web chat off so you can't message them, I wouldn't touch this company with a barge pole, i'm very disappointed because my visually impaired 3 yr old was looking forward to getting her Frozen 2 masks.
If i could rate it lower than one star I would.

Scam website

Scam website as far as I can tell. Ordered 2 masks from them on 16Jul20 and still waiting today 14Aug20. I've contacted them via email and Instagram multiple times and not once received a response. My son is extremely disappointed.....AVOID!

I would not advise anyone to waste their money. I'm still waiting 3email and no response at all. So will buy elsewhere. Totall waste of time.

I would avoid this company at all…

I would avoid this company at all costs...
I ordered face masks on 25th May and still nothing I contacted them via email and was told delivery is 20days not including weekends and I’ve tried contacting now for a refund and nothing the online chat doesn’t work

If I could score lower than a 1⭐ I would have. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS CONPANY!! In a pandemic it was a lovely
idea to let my children choose their own face masks online and await delivery! We placed our order on 8th June. I emailed asking when delivery would be and was told 20day. This has been and gone and I have sent several emails since with no response at all!! I have even tried the 'LiveChat' on the web page but never got a response once!! AVOID AVOID ACOID

Avoid at all costs

Placed an order on the 30th May 2020. Nothing arrived towards end of June so emailed. Told it would take upto 20 days. Waited a few days emailed again and got the same copy and paste response. Early July I emailed advising it was well over 20 days and no response. After 3/4 days asked for my money back and they're not responding to me at all!! Customer service is dire. Untrustworthy. Honestly do not even bother.
