very bad experience
very bad experience, I made an order at the end of May, and paid via PayPal, on the 6th of June checked the tracking, and the parcel was held cos the local delivery organization has reported for damage -missing items. I contacted customer support but they give me bad service, after 10 days more, I received the order, in bad condition, the box was completely destroyed and open, but more worrying was the box of the parcel was old and already open, It's ridiculous and e-commerce company uses to send delivery using the unsuitable box, without protection to avoid damage to the parcel
I will never buy from this website, stay away!!

Good experience but should watch out the shipping package
The customer service is good and serve me to exchange the out-of-stock order item. However, when I received the product, the outer box was broken and barely hurt the inside product.

Fast shipping and very smooth checkout process. Could not have asked for anything more. I was looking for a specific child seat that was just not available in Japan (Amazon carried it, but it was not in stock). kidsroom.de had it in stock, delivered it in under a week, and the price was actually lower than what was posted on Amazon, so it was a very pleasant experience.
