Excellent customer service
Excellent customer service, as I needed to cancel one order and make another order of the same product, but bigger size.
I received a message first thing on Monday morning and the money was returned to my credit card the next day.
As to the product, note to everyone ordering Parajumpers; the size is smaller than normal. Not normal size as it says on the Kidsbrandstore website. Otherwise product is good.

If you have to pay an extra shipping fee when you make an exchange, we will always remove it from your new order, but you must always contact customer service and get help with this. In your case there is only one garment on the order, the one you are sending back and in that case everything on the order will be removed when your return is processed, including the shipping fee you paid to receive the package. In that case, you need to pay a new shipping fee on your new purchase. However, you always have to pay a return fee for a return. It is currently at 1.9 euros.
