The return shipment was not handled…
The return shipment was not handled correctly.
I have to pay for more items then I have kept.
Customer service is not very helpfull and not willing to find the sollution.
Would not recommend this webshop.

The bad experience due to Klarna
The bad experience is not related to the Kids Brand Store but the horrible communication of Klarna. The app apparently doesn't work well. The Kids Brand Store directs to the Klarna app for all updates regarding delivery but the communication through Klarna is non existent ('waiting for update' is the only notification) until the note of 'last reminder to pick up the delivery'. Nothing in between. And this morning an admonishing e-mail from Kids Brand Store about the non-collection of the order. Very sorry for this mess caused by Klarna.

In this case, it is via Budbee's app that you receive all updates regarding your delivery or your return. Klarna's app has nothing to do with updates to your delivery. All updates, after your delivery has left our warehouse, are the responsibility of the respective shipping company.
I see that you have been in contact with our customer service and hope that everything feels a little clearer after that contact.
