Kids Fashion Turkey stole my money.
Over a year now since I paid they have not delivered or refunded, they ignore my calls and messages.
Does anyone have contacts for Turkish agency/authorities that can help ? already tried police and interpol.

I have made a first order with them on 2023. and i should say it went ok. the second order on started having problems, such as missing items or sent other items from the designs i have chosen, but from their part they said that they are sorry and thet they would add the credit ( 813 usd) of the missing items on my account as credit to use in the future. here we come to the big issue. i made an order, and could not use the credit, since there was a minimal order of 1300 usd, and this is ok. i took also other items, and here also they add also a cost of deposit of 200 usd. so a total of 1500. from this total, 813 was already in the account, so it remained to pay around 703-704 usd. i have been asked to pay via west union, which i did ( and of course i have proof), on 9 december 2024. from then, up to now 5 febbruary 25, no response on my calls, no response on my messagges, no response on my mails. so delusional. robbing other people's money like this, is not correct at all. please, take measures, respond to people, reimburse if you don;t have the item, but the minimum to do is ANSWER.
DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!! THEY ARE THIEVES!!!

This is a scam company, they are thieves. They stole 1500 euros from me. I paid for the goods, and they didn't send it to me, and the worst part is that they don't even answer the phone. I wrote to them and they don't reply. SHAME ON THEM!!! THIEVES!!!

My recent experience with KidsFashionTurkey:
Facts:

Placed and fully paid order
Initial communication was responsive
All communication ceased after payment
To date: No merchandise received, no refund issued

Actions taken:

Multiple follow-up attempts via email/WhatsApp
Filed complaint with Turkish banking authorities
Submitted reports to consumer protection agencies

Based on this experience, I encourage potential customers to thoroughly research before engaging in transactions.

It’s been thirteen months since I paid for my order and for shipping (total of $6987) but still haven’t received my order. They have been ignoring my emails and messages for months now.

Google must close their website, and refund people that are being scamed by this stupid company!
They do not answer neither to messages or calls when it comes to ask your money, they ghost you!

Bad company
They are scam. They stole my money. And they didn’t refund or delivered my items.

Please do not buy from Kids Fashion Turkey, they will take your money and not deliver your goods.

Whatever you do do not buy from this company. They took my money and my items were never delivered. I was told on several occasions that they were going to ship my items and I have been waiting since October 2023. They are scammers and liars. Please be aware and do not buy anything or place orders with this company Kids Fashion Turkey. They should be disgraced at what they’re doing to hard-working individuals.
I have a credit of $$925.81 on my account and I placed another order and I’ve been waiting since April and nobody will get back to me about my order. I’ve asked them just to refund my credit card and cancel the order and nobody will respond to that message either.

If I could give this company zero stars, I would. I placed an order with them months ago, and they were extremely responsive and helpful—right up until the moment I paid. That’s when the nightmare began.

After payment, the company went completely silent for days, even weeks at a time. When I finally did hear back, it was always with a new excuse for why my order hadn’t shipped: “The order was delayed because of national holidays,” “We’re having issues with our supplier,” “We are doing quality assurance and found some issue in your order,” “We were busy with customer visits”, “A colleague missed your request but we will come back to you as soon as possible,” and other lies that became more creative as time went on.

I’ve now been waiting for months, and I have neither my order nor a refund. Despite their promises to issue a refund, it’s clear they have no intention of doing so. Their initial proactiveness is a thinly veiled trap to get your money. Once they have it, you will be chasing them until forever. They’re promises to deliver have been “Next Thursday,” “Within this week,” “Before my return from vacation,” and many more versions the last couple of months, but that “next Thursday” never came.

Do not, under any circumstances, trust this company with your business. They are nothing but scammers. Save yourself the headache and avoid this company like the plague! Take your business elsewhere.

They were delaying my order for 3 months and when i wanted my money back they stopped replying on any emails and texts also stopped picking the phone up..

Dont do business with them they will rip you off!!!

Placed an order over a month and the items should have arrived within two weeks. The whole company circles around just one person. This individual is super friendly when you're discussing a new order. Once the order is placed they simply quit replying and literally act like you don't exist.

I doubt that I will ever receive my items but please do not make the same mistake as I did.

So sad that after making payment for my goods #133319 they went silent. What kind of company is this. Bad customer service from a big Brand.

They told me that the process will take only 1-2 weeks, now already a month. Then they said still in process 2-3 weeks. Please take action or something will happen. Thank you!

I reached out to Kids Fashion Turkey in August 2023. Initially, their responsiveness was almost suspiciously impressive, with invoices sent even late at night. Despite my concerns that it might be a scam, I went ahead and made the payment.

Then the nightmare began. My order was delayed, and my worries turned into a relentless chase after the salesperson who consistently ghosted me. Only after opening a report with my bank did they reluctantly resume communication.

We agreed that I would close the case, which I foolishly did. When I finally received the items, many were missing. I demanded a refund, which they promised to process, but I've been waiting since October with no resolution. Once again, I was ghosted by the salesperson, finance department, and now aftersales as well.

This company is nothing but a scam! They rob their customers blind! Avoid them at all costs and take your business elsewhere!

Hello fellow Customers, I have placed order 11/2 months ago their production shouldn’t take more then 30 days and 3 Days to ship . My package is still is not shipped and no update on its movement only label created since June 12th 24. I live in USA not even not in third world countries.When I contacted them asking for an update his answered he said it’s at the shipping company. I asked what company handles the packages name and address I want to call to verify. Since when I asked that they stopped responding to my what’s up text and calls. If you don’t have time to wait then stay away from this company .

I still have not received my package or my money back. STAY AWAY They are the worst company from Turkey. Terrible customer service and communication.

This company cannot be trusted. I placed a large order after good contact. There were many problems. We had a lot of patience. To make a mistake is human and can happen to any company. We have given KFT all the time to solve it. The delivery was made after many problems. The delivery was incomplete and there are many clothes with production errors. We also missed a lot of clothes. We were promised every time that everything would be fine and that everything would be resolved. But we never got the money back that was promised. Now a year later no response.

We ordered custom made products from KFT to Finland. The products were great and they were better than the sample they sent to us before mass production. Production took around 30 days but worth it..

They were able to understand what we needed very clearly. We sent them the products we sell most and they were able to somehow produce them much cheaper with higher quality. Communication was fast and professional. It seems we found our manufacturer for all upcoming orders. We tried many other companies from China, Bangladesh, Pakistan and even another Turkish company. KFT has been the best so far and hope they stay the same :)
