Do Not Use - Scam!

We ordered two children gates from this store that would be delivered within 2 days. After 3 weeks of no delivery they refused to cancel the order, saying we could return when we received them. Still no sign of them 2 months on. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!

Scam company

I experienced the same delays in sending goods to me which turned out to be which turned out to be flimsy and didn't work on the first time of use.
Despite being promised a refund from "Mary", it has not been done.
Do not use this company - it is a scam !!

Worst company I’ve ever dealt with

If there was a 0 stars that’s what I would choose. I placed my order on 6th August and quickly got a confirmation email. After nearly 2 weeks of hearing nothing I emailed to see if there was an update and I got told they’ll look into it. Another week went by and nothing so I emailed again and got a similar response. After hearing nothing for a few more days I emailed again, and again and again - and had 0 reply. I tried to ring but it doesn’t go through, I’ve written a review & have filled out a contact form and got nothing back. They’ve had my money for 6 weeks now, haven’t sent my item and haven’t responded to my emails. It’s absolutely disgusting and so unprofessional.

I would give 0 if possible as no…

I would give 0 if possible as no product ever arrived. Was ordered 10 days before my child’s birthday and had a 3 day delivery claim. That was 3 months ago.

No tracking number, very slow replies, refund was offered “if the item does not arrive in the next week” over a month ago.

No item, no refund as yet.

Absolutely my worst experience of online shopping.

Item never delivered - chased up, email received weeks later from ‘Mary’. No refund sent - and now they’ve stopped replying.
Please don’t give them anymore
Money than they’ve already scammed out of people.
Wish I’d checked here before placing the order. Lesson learned..

I wish I could rate a zero!

Ordered a babycarrier after seeing it advertised on Google shop next to the Momcozy equivalent but for half the price...brilliant...I thought. Not at all. I placed my order on 7 July and still have not recieved it.

I wish I'd have checked here first as the company is clearly a scam. I have been emailing and no response.

They prey on parents which is the lowest of the low! I'm a new mum with a newborn baby..thinking I was saving money.

I'll be going to my bank to claim a refund but as a warning to others DO NOT purchase- please go to a reputable company.

Really terrible, avoid at all costs

Really terrible, please do not buy from this company. A stair gate never arrived and they went all round the houses apologising but not doing anything. Then they just ignored emails that asked for the refund they had initially promised. Completely unreliable and untrustworthy. We will have to go to the credit card company to get our money back.

Do not use!

They sent the wrong item which was incredibly cheap looking after I’d paid for a completely different item. I complained and they said they would refund me. 4 months later I’m still chasing them and I’ve still not been refunded. As a new mother this is the last thing I or any other new mum needs.

Still waiting for my order

Ordered a playmat in mid July, got an email mid August that it had been despatched. Tracking info didn’t work and item still yet to be received. Customer service were replying but have now stopped. Luckily the item didn’t cost a lot as I can’t see I will get a refund or receive the item

Poor experience and still waiting for refund - avoid!

Once I’d placed my order, I never received an email confirmation or any tracking information. When the order turned up, it was the wrong product.
I emailed twice to complain (their phone number doesn’t work!) and eventually got a reply apologising and offering to send the correct item for free. I am still waiting to receive this four months later…
I have also complained a number of times and was offered a refund but am also still waiting for this despite chasing multiple times.
Customer service is appalling - would avoid.

It started OK then became terrible

SCAM. I paid for a bottle steriliser and they sent a bottle warmer, after countless emails over 4 months promising delivery and then a refund they began to ignore all emails and it was never resolved.
