Disappointing and unprofessional
Unfortunately, we had a very disappointing experience with Kidsmoments.nl for my daughter’s birthday Spa Party.
The facilitator arrived approximately one hour late, which left eight children waiting. Two of the mirrors provided were broken, including one with cracked glass. The activity itself was minimally facilitated and several children became disengaged.
There was also an upsetting moment where another child was mistaken for the birthday girl, which caused my daughter distress during her own party.
I paid €278 for the service and attempted to resolve the matter directly and professionally by email, but I have not received any response.
I understand that mistakes can happen, but the lack of communication and accountability afterward has been especially disappointing.
