Kidstore were great at helping me make my selection and my locker is fab. I've shopped here before and will shop here again.

The little Dutch pram is so beautiful, such a special gift. The delivery was so unbelievably fast, I ordered two days before the birthday and it arrived on time. 5 star service!!

I found their website easy to use, was happy to get free delivery on my purchase, the product arrived quickly and although there was an issue with the courier, their customer support was brilliant, they answered quickly, followed up with a phone call and genuinely tried to resolve the issue. Very pleased.

I ordered a Christmas present for my granddaughter quite early in November to be sure we would get the right one. It arrived and was packed away safely until Christmas morning. When my daughter opened the box the walker was broken in 2 places. We were all very disappointed but I told them not to worry, that I would contact Kidstore and sort it out. And that’s exactly what happened! As soon as they reopened after a well deserved Christmas break they ordered a replacement which arrived safely. I did send a photo of the walker so that’s a tip for anyone who might find themselves in a similar position.
We are very reassured that Kidstore take their customer service seriously and attended to the issue quickly. Top marks!

Very disappointing experience, massive customer service issues, waiting 2 months for a product for Christmas to be told 3 days before Christmas it was sent to another customer and nothing can be done! Will have a very disappointed child on Christmas Day!

Would not recommend this store. They have really lovely products available however return costs are not included so if you have to return anything you incur the cost. Also when I requested the return they did not flag that I would not get a full refund as I would need to now cover the cost of the initial postage. So it cost me €11 to return post and they took €8 off the refund of my item. €19 spent for a €40 product and I now have nothing to show for it. I would not have returned the item in the first place if this had been made clear.

Absolutely love Kidstore. The products are so lovely, and the customer care is always so wonderful. Would highly recommend.
