I highly advise against enrolling in this basketball program, particularly for children. My experience was profoundly disappointing due to the coaches' unprofessional conduct, which included a poor attitude, ineffective communication skills, and inappropriate treatment of young participants. Coaches were observed shouting at children to the point of causing distress, and sessions often involved unstructured running and fetching unrelated items rather than actual basketball instruction or practice.
Considering the premium cost of $250 per hour, the service provides poor value. Furthermore, the company enforces a mandatory membership fee and has a strict no-refund policy, making it difficult to discontinue services.
For parents seeking a positive, fun, or professionally run basketball experience for their children, I strongly suggest finding an alternative provider.
